We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

Ho fatto una vacanza di tre notti con mia moglie in questo hotel nella bellissima Val di Fassa. Da un tre stelle mi aspettavo un po' di più. Bello fuori, accogliente zona pranzo , bar, reception. La stanza pulita ma poco curato i bagno, un po' fatiscente, il box doccia non si chiudeva ..obsoleto..rotto, pareti del bagno con scostrazioni bagno a disposizione del ristorante, vicino la reception aveva lo sciacquone rotto. Ottima adeguata la colazione, meno il cibo serale. Una sera era presente una comitiva...non c'era abbastanza antipasto a buffet per tutti ed alcune pietanze prenotate finite anzi tempo. Si ”può stare” senza pretese.

Für den Zeitraum Anfang bis Mitte November ein Wellnesshotel zu finden, in dem Hunde nicht nur willkommen sind, sondern auch zum Essen mitgenommen werden können, ist ein sehr schwieriges Unterfangen. Daher waren wir happy, dass Hotel Rosengarten zu finden, dass neben seiner Abgelegenheit und somit Ruhe auch mit großem Spa-Angebot (schöner Wellnessbereich, Massagen, Gesichtsbehandlungen und Indoorpool) punkten konnte. 2 Massagen hatten wir bei der Zimmerreservierung gleich mitgebucht und vorab auch alles bezahlt. Die Lage war dann auch sehr gut. Ziemlich abgelegen und ruhig. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und großes Zimmer waren dann aber auch schon das Positiviste. Das man beim Essen mit Hund separiert wird, war uns schon bewusst. Dass der Raum aber nicht geheizt ist und somit das beste Essen nicht schmeckt, war schon der erste negative Eindruck. Da am zweiten Abend immer noch nicht eingeheizt war, haben wir das bei der netten Bedienung reklamiert. Es wurde auch sofort der Holzofen angeheizt, jedoch so unprofessionell, dass der Raum einer Räucherkammer glich. Daher wurden alle Fenster aufgerissen und es wurde noch kälter, als zuvor. Der Appetit war dann auch wieder vorbei. Negativer Höhepunkt war aber, dass die gebuchten Massagen einen Tag vor Inanspruchnahme per Mail!!! und nicht persönlich storniert wurden. Sehr ärgerlich, da diese ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Lebensgefährtin sein sollte. Auch die im Internet angebotenen Gesichtsbehandlungen, die ebenfalls ein Geschenk sein sollten, gab es gar nicht. Die Ruhe im Hotel war dann auch vorbei, als eine Familie mit Kinder ein Zimmer auf unserer Etage bezog. Trampelnd und schreiend wurde bis tief in die Nacht gelärmt, so dass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Fernsehen konnte man dann auch nicht, da es nur ARD, ZDF und ORF als deutschsprachiges Programm gab. Auf den Lärm angesprochen, gab es nur ein Achselzucken an der Rezeption. Daher beschlossen wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abzubrechen. Etwas schwach, dass niemand nachgefragt hat, warum wir früher als gebucht heimfahren. Das einzig wirklich lobenswerte in diesem Hotel ist der Wellnessbereich mit mehreren Saunen und dem schönen Indoorpool. Dafür erhalten Sie auch den einen Stern. Ansonsten Enttäuschung pur.

At the level of nothing to say, almost in the center of Brunico, also nice from outside, and absolutely excellent breakfast. The aspects that left us a little disappointed were: -The moquette at ground ...not the maximum ... -the view from the room (on a road, attached to the next palace ...) - the warm in the room (Despite the heat off we have sleeped discovered with a considerable heat, and a kind of noise of air conditioner even quite annoying); -personal reception with ways to make quite dry (It is the first time that we are given a map of the place to go a journey without any explanation..) In general, having to give an opinion, it can be there, although certainly there is better.

We drove around 3.5 hours to get to this hotel after our stay in Venice. This hotel offers a free parking garage to guests with vehicles (I think you almost would need to have a vehicle here as it's pretty rural). The second we walked through the front doors, we took a deep breath and immediately felt relaxed and so excited! This hotel design and architecture is stunning- very modern, clean, and nature based. They greeted us with a welcome drink (a large menu of drink options to choose from) and whipped blue cheese and figs. Our room was absolutely beautiful- large (but I think a standard room), with a stunning view of the mountains. Very comfy bed, nespresso machine, bath robes and slippers. Gorgeous indoor/outdoor pool and sauna. Staff was wonderful and very attentive to your every need. We loved this hotel as it seems to be heavily influenced by all of the outdoor activities in the area. They offer hikes, mt biking trips, and other day excursions right from the hotel. Outdoor fun and coming back to an amazing pool and great food is right up our ally. Food was extremely tasty and wine spectacular. Breakfast was a beautiful production of a massive buffet of cheeses, meats, fruits, yogurts, bread choices, fresh squeezed juices, and Prosecco; and then a choice of ordering off their menu (eggs, omelets, etc). They also offered a paid menu throughout the day of ”snack” items. We had a pesto pasta one day that was to die for! We ended up doing their tasting menu every night (I believe 56 euros per person). This was a great deal considering another fantastic buffet of salads, cheeses, meats, grilled and fermented vegetables (yum!!), and then an option to choose any amount of small plates off their menu. Desserts were heaven. All the food was top notch. Everything was top notch. Loved the area as well. South Tyrol is absolutely stunning and the highlight of our 10 day northern Italy trip. 45 min to Ortesi (we hiked Seceda), 1 hour 15 min to Lake Braies, and around 2 hours to hike Tre Cime. Didn't mind any of the drives considering the area is absolutely break-taking! Thank you, My Arbor, we hope to be back again some day.
