Driving to the property with a decent car by German standards is unreasonable. Property itself in mediocre condition. Pool not clean. There is a smell in the house itself from the sewage treatment plant None of the windows have a gage Scorpions and spider

A small cottage high on the mountain offers a cool spot in Tuscany even at 35 degrees, including a pool to cool down. It's a bit of a hassle to get there, but you'll find peace and quiet here.
