We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Cortona at Casa Kita. Located just off Piazza Garibaldi (the SU5 bus stops there after the trip up from Camucia station). Osvaldo and Jonathan are gracious hosts - we had easy exchanges of information before we arrived and although we spoke little spanish or italian - Jonathan had an effective translation app on his phone so no problems sorting out everything when we arrived. Outstanding view over the valley from the terrace (we brought dinner back there one night to savour the scene). They provided us plates and utensils, salt & pepper etc. as well as some fresh Basil to enhance our salad - very much appreciated!. Clean, comfortable room with eclectic, interesting decor. Breakfast was pastry, yogurt and fruit and hot beverage of your choice. Added bonus - it's very reasonably priced to stay here.

Clean hotel. Bathroom fine with hot water and clean towels. Umbrellas provided for guests' use. Host pleasant. Ideal location as it is in the old town just a few metres from the bus stop. Wi-Fi was intermittent. Breakfast needs to be improved.

Fantastic stay. Let's start with the room: out of the ordinary in terms of furnishings, colors and objects. Objects imported by the owners from various parts of the world. Spacious, very clean and very quiet. Perfectly clean, nice and welcoming bathroom. The bed had different colored pillows beyond the usual ones that everyone has. Perfect location, just outside the restricted traffic zone, you can park your car for a moment to unload and then, according to the owners' perfect instructions, there are free or paid parking spaces 50 meters away. Then in less than 40 meters you are in the historic center. The breakfast is complete with everything and is served by the owners, while you remain seated at the table (and that's no small thing when it comes to relaxation), with kindness and friendliness. They also bring a menu, which although it only shows the various croissants and drinks is truly original, of course there is yoghurt and more. My croissant was served to me with a small boat with an umbrella and pineapple nearby. Small details but which make the difference with classic B&Bs. If the weather permits you can sit on a terrace with a wonderful view. Then there are the owners: excellent helpfulness and courtesy. We are sorry about one thing…. having spoken to the owners for a short time, it was a real shame, because in addition to knowing how to manage the B&B perfectly, they are people with great views, intelligent and with a great mentality from whom you can also learn something. I don't publish the photos because it would be like ruining the surprise for anyone who goes to them. Last but not least there are several things to visit such as the fortress (also reachable on foot) etc. We have stayed in many B&Bs but this one has truly remained in our hearts, and it is the only one to which we will return a second time (never done an encore with anyone. Charming bed&breakfast house in Cortona, Tuscany. With spectacular views of the valley. Full of details and a good breakfast. The guys who run it are very helpful and friendly. It is right at the entrance of the town. There are several places to park near the house.

We stayed 3 nights, very welcoming, beautiful, colorful and spotless rooms!! Breakfast on the very well furnished and particular terrace, delicious croissants and even the simple nacchiato coffee, it was delicious, in the background a magnificent landscape, lots of greenery, I would go back immediately and I really hope to go back if I'm in the area again...A dear greetings to Osvaldo and Jonathan

We stayed in this jewel of a structure located in Cortona, a few steps from the center and 5 minutes from free parking.
