A great old Dame is what the Miramonti Majestic is. Don’t expect a modern hotel. If you like history and class with good service then this is the hotel for you. The rooms were well decorated -, ours had a balcony and Mountain View which was lovely as we watched the snow fall. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle every hour to the centre of town and back to the hotel. This was a very nice service. The driver was always on time and friendly. Breakfast was set in small intimate room . The food was fresh and well presented. Waiters dressed in white evening jackets and bow ties which once again showed off the Dames class. There is an indoor swimming pool ( not heated) but we had to buy swimming caps for 10 EURO From the spa , if we wanted to make use of the pool . Think it’s a bit pricey as we have in past at other 5 star hotels been given caps and returned them. The front desk staff were helpful and Friendly too. I would highly the Miramonti Majestic hotel if you looking for elegance and class from a hotel .

Bathroom towels not laundered dirty from someone else hung in bathroom as fresh. Asked for iron and ironing board front desk said they didn't have. After housekeeping no fresh towels or bath robes, bath robes because they did not have any. General condition of the hotel neglected and run down. Staff not trained for international travelers. Paid 600 euro for New Years Eve party wine and champagne purchased separately, wait staff took bottles before finished. Desert was served and picked up moments after services. Spa menu is extensive with no way to contact Spa to set a time.

Went skiing to Cortina and stayed here. Convenient, only a few mins drive from the lifts. Old world hotel that seems a little sad in places. Pool and spa area is quite good, and breakfast was very nice, but overall would not stay here again. Overpriced for what you get. Worst part was we asked 4 times to convert the double room (we didn't ask for) for the twin (which we did ask for), which they said they would do - and 4 times it didn't happen! Very poor! Would not go back.

Hotel now decayed and here oh well we can even get over it! totally incompetent staff we arrived they gave us the room key and sent us to a room without accompanying us and I think it took us like 20 minutes to arrive because we couldn't find the room. entered the room the surprise everything practically old heating practically absent; called the reception several times no one ever answered. in the center the sauna does not exist there is a very nice swimming pool but everything else is really, really bad…. Only the beautiful photos of famous people who have passed through this hotel remain of the ancient glories, but we are talking about thirty years ago, really a disappointment

We stayed at the Hotel Miramonti, and as it is described on the site, it is like reliving in the past! Historical structure, qualified and attentive staff (we had the car in the underground car park, it continued to snow, every two hours the staff kept everything clean). Well done Samuele the barman, well done the guys at the restaurant. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful, very retro hotel. It was like being in the film "Vacation Di Natale" by Vanzina [there was also Gerry Calà]. Good services, food, the spa and the shuttle that takes you to the center every 15 minutes which is very close. Good experience
