Very nice hotel, warm decoration. Nice and comfortable room, w a view to the mountains and a balcony w a sitting area . Continental breakfast was included in the price. Nice views from the rooms and restaurant as well. 10 minutes walk to the city. Very nice stay.

Excellent hotel and nice staff. I would certainly come back again. Clean property and great location. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s great to have shuttle service to the ski areas included in the stay. Free private parking which is very convenient. Breakfast is good but can be improved with very minor tweaks. All in all very happy

Hotel was in the center of the city 2minutes walk. The staff and owners of hotel were amazing and helpful . The food and breakfast were excellent and divine. We enjoyed staying in this hotel in winter with perfect panoramic mountains view in front of our balconies and next time we will go again definitely.

Nice hotel off the beaten path in Cortina. Quiet from the city noise but it’s an older hotel with thin walls so it’s very loud in the rooms. When the neighbors were in their bathroom, we felt like they could have been in ours. Bring your earplugs! Small dated rooms with extra filler furniture that takes up much needed space. No place to put 2 suitcases. Built in closet was helpful if you want to unpack. I don’t think this hotel is 4 stars but if you read the rating definitions, it doesn’t refer to the rooms. I think the rooms make this a 3 star hotel. Lobby and hotel staff were nice. Restaurant is good and convenient. I thought the restaurant staff were strange. They seemed annoyed to be working and the same group works the breakfast and the dinner. Breakfast is nice although you have to ask for coffee vs being offered so you have to find the staff to ask them. Buses of tourists were staying there each night so that kept the little staff they had in Oct busy. Dinner was good but slow after we drove 10 hours and just wanted something fairly quick - an hour to get a bowl of pasta. During season when more places are open, I would not stay here.

We loved our suite with a balcony view of beautiful mountains and town. First of all, the staff at the front desk were EXCELLENT! They were very helpful and never tired of our questions or asks for recommendations. I rate the front desk staff 5 stars. They cleaned the room daily upon request. Our room was very clean upon arrival. We also had dinner at their restaurant Amadeus which we liked too. They have plenty of parking underground. The hotel is within walking distance to “downtown” which is full of many high-end clothing stores. I would definitely stay there again.

My partner and I booked two days at the hotel for 400 euros, but due to a serious and terminal illness of a first-degree family member, we had to cancel the trip. Not only are they refusing to let us change the date, but they also won’t refund our money, and they have taken advantage of our room by giving it to other guests. I find this inhumane and disgraceful. Be careful when booking here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here stating with cheerful checkin and the pleasant and helpful front staff who were always so thoughtful and passionate. They gave us suggestions on daily excursions and dining options as well as calling to make sure that where we were going was open since it was the end of the season. We appreciated the very clean standards of housekeeping as well as the good service we had for dining. The manager was also always available who went out his way to ask us if we enjoyed our stay and the table that we booked for dinner.

Arrived to a tour bus parked immediately outside the entry for first 24 hours, which takes away from the appeal of the hotel and Cortina. Rooms are small and dated. Eggs at breakfast were cold. We stayed at 3 hotels on our trip in the Dolomites. I would strongly recommend the 2 others but not this one
