Absolutely great hotel. We had a Classic family room (2 adults and 2 children). The rooms were clean, cleaned regularly. We stayed for 5 nights with half board. The food was of very high quality, we had a great gastronomic experience. The staff was very friendly and nice, especially in the restaurant. The hotel manager Salvatore was a very friendly and nice guy, thank you for his service! The hotel has a great ski room, you go in your slippers and leave in your ski boots, which are dried overnight on heated dryers. You can ski to the ski slope and ski directly to the hotel from the ski slope. Very nice heated pool and outdoor pool included in the basic price. Great stay!!!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely hotel. We stayed in the deluxe family suite which was modern, clean and very comfortable. The housekeeping was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly and helpful. The hotel hosted a fabulous party on New Year’s Eve and all staff went out of their way to make sure this was a memorable evening. Well done! The ski room is modern with heated lockers and only a minute from the Baradello chair lift. I’d read some mixed reviews before staying but please don’t be put off, we have very high standards and were delighted with our experience at this hotel.

I was part of a school trip - it’s a great hotel with lots of space. I have to really give a massive shout out to the restaurant manager - Salvatore - he had just arrived 2 days before (with many years experience in other hotels) - and was just fantastic!!! With 50 school children and 7 teachers, it’s never easy to accommodate all their requirements, but he did everything he could to make sure it went well! And he is the nicest, friendliest person I’ve ever met!! 5*+ on this!! Ciao Salvi!!

Hotel Cristallo is a newly renovated hotel conveniently located next to Baradello chair lift. It is bright, tastefully furnished, it has a very modern ski room and you can literally walk to the slopes in 3 minutes. The restaurant serves local food and the quality is excellent. The spa is also very nice and the best thing is you can reserve it for 50 minutes. I totally recommend the Pindasweda massage with hot mountain herbs pads. The lady at the spa centre is great! The real plus of this hotel is the Staff, from the Hotel Manager Carmen, to the Maitre and the restaurant staff and also people at reception, they are all very kind and attentive. They have really made a difference to my holiday with my young child. There is also a Miniclub activity and evening entertainment which are both valuable and professional. I totally recommend Hotel Cristallo for a stay in Aprica!

Bellissimo hotel Situato al centro di aprica(so) A 1180 metri ❄️☃️❄️ Con viste panoramiche bellisime❄️ Direttrice e personale gentili e professionali un ringraziamento particolare a Romina gentile, disponibile, simpatica e molto professionale nel suo lavoro di cameriera di sala e soprattutto di barman Bravissima il ristorante fa cucina internazionale e tipica della Valtellina,vi consiglio di mangiare i tagliolini con sugo di cervo i vari arrosti di carne con i contorni dei vari tipi di polenta e soprattutto i di dolci e le torte preparate dal pasticcere Vi consiglio di andare a soggiornare Per passare delle giornate di relax E soprattutto per mangiare

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questa straordinaria struttura, che si è rivelata estremamente efficiente in tutti i suoi servizi. La **SPA** è un vero angolo di paradiso, mentre la **piscina esterna** è semplicemente **bellissima**; l'acqua riscaldata offre un'esperienza unica, perfetta per rilassarsi nel contesto suggestivo delle montagne innevate. Le **piste da sci** del comprensorio sono eccezionali, con scenari incantevoli e una qualità della neve ottimale. È un vero piacere sciare in un luogo così ben curato e accessibile per gli amanti degli sport invernali. Desidero estendere i miei complimenti alla **Direttrice, Signora Carmen**, per la calorosa accoglienza e l'ottima organizzazione della struttura. Un riconoscimento particolare anche al **Maitre Salvatore** e al suo staff del ristorante, che hanno deliziato i miei sensi con piatti tipici di alta qualità. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, un grande plauso va al **pasticcere**, che ci ha deliziati con dolci straordinari, realizzati con ingredienti freschi e tanta passione. Ogni dessert era un’esplosione di sapori e una gioia per gli occhi. In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca una combinazione perfetta di benessere, avventura e gastronomia di qualità. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Siamo tornati solamente da tre giorni e ci manca moltissimo l'Hotel Cristallo. Vogliamo ringraziare la Direttrice signora Carmen, il maître Salvatore e tutto il personale indistintamente. La piscina interna collegata con una esterna, entrambe ottimamente riscaldate, ci ha permesso di fare il bagno all'aperto di fronte ad un panorama meraviglioso. Grazie di tutto
