Absolutely great hotel. We had a Classic family room (2 adults and 2 children). The rooms were clean, cleaned regularly. We stayed for 5 nights with half board. The food was of very high quality, we had a great gastronomic experience. The staff was very friendly and nice, especially in the restaurant. The hotel manager Salvatore was a very friendly and nice guy, thank you for his service! The hotel has a great ski room, you go in your slippers and leave in your ski boots, which are dried overnight on heated dryers. You can ski to the ski slope and ski directly to the hotel from the ski slope. Very nice heated pool and outdoor pool included in the basic price. Great stay!!!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely hotel. We stayed in the deluxe family suite which was modern, clean and very comfortable. The housekeeping was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly and helpful. The hotel hosted a fabulous party on New Year’s Eve and all staff went out of their way to make sure this was a memorable evening. Well done! The ski room is modern with heated lockers and only a minute from the Baradello chair lift. I’d read some mixed reviews before staying but please don’t be put off, we have very high standards and were delighted with our experience at this hotel.

I was part of a school trip - it’s a great hotel with lots of space. I have to really give a massive shout out to the restaurant manager - Salvatore - he had just arrived 2 days before (with many years experience in other hotels) - and was just fantastic!!! With 50 school children and 7 teachers, it’s never easy to accommodate all their requirements, but he did everything he could to make sure it went well! And he is the nicest, friendliest person I’ve ever met!! 5*+ on this!! Ciao Salvi!!

Hotel Cristallo is a newly renovated hotel conveniently located next to Baradello chair lift. It is bright, tastefully furnished, it has a very modern ski room and you can literally walk to the slopes in 3 minutes. The restaurant serves local food and the quality is excellent. The spa is also very nice and the best thing is you can reserve it for 50 minutes. I totally recommend the Pindasweda massage with hot mountain herbs pads. The lady at the spa centre is great! The real plus of this hotel is the Staff, from the Hotel Manager Carmen, to the Maitre and the restaurant staff and also people at reception, they are all very kind and attentive. They have really made a difference to my holiday with my young child. There is also a Miniclub activity and evening entertainment which are both valuable and professional. I totally recommend Hotel Cristallo for a stay in Aprica!

The **SPA** is a true corner of paradise, while the **outdoor pool** is simply **beautiful**; the heated water offers a unique experience, perfect for relaxing in the suggestive context of the snow-capped mountains. The **ski slopes** of the area are exceptional, with enchanting scenery and optimal snow quality. It is a real pleasure to ski in such a well-kept and accessible place for winter sports lovers. I would like to extend my compliments to the **Director, Mrs. Carmen**, for the warm welcome and the excellent organization of the structure. A special recognition also to the **Maitre Salvatore** and his restaurant staff, who delighted my senses with high-quality typical dishes. Last but not least, a big round of applause goes to the **pastry chef**, who delighted us with extraordinary desserts, made with fresh ingredients and so much passion. Each dessert was an explosion of flavors and a joy for the eyes. In short, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect combination of wellness, adventure and quality food. I can't wait to come back!

La camera caldissima anche la notte senza aria condizionata e neppure un ventilatore. Doccia bollente per un guasto del termostato, riparata dopo due giorni di insistenza e con atteggiamento di sufficienza del personale alla reception. Cibo per la maggior parte mediocre, ripetitivo e, nonostante i 30 gradi, basato su ricette invernali.
