Awful hotel! Do not book it! Far away from the city, has a lot of reconstructions next to it, even a taxi driver can not find. Loud, feels like neighbors are next to you, you can hear every move of your neighbors, everything is old and in bad condition.....

Con fecha 27/06/24 tenía reserva en este hotel por medio de Booking. Opté por opción pago en el momento de la reserva (pagar ahora) lo que indica mi interés en ocupar la habitación. A unas horas de mi viaje, mi vehículo es dañado en un accidente de tráfico que me impide desplazarme. Llamo al hotel el día 27 a la hora de comer para indicar la situación y me dicen que por ellos podrían devolverme el dinero, pero que es política de booking (la cancelación era posible hasta el 26/06 a las 0:00). Hablo con booking quién entendiendo la situación envía un correo al hotel para que le de el ok a la devolución (el hotel NO dispone de recepción por las tardes, solo un número de teléfono). El hotel no da respuesta a los mensajes. Sábado 28 contacto con la recepción y una chica, amabilísima, me dice que su compañera sin tener en cuenta correo alguno ha facturado (a Booking entiendo) el día anterior y por lo tanto nada se puede hacer. Aún así, habla con la jefa de recepción que nos remite a la decisión de la dirección el lunes por la mañana. Sin noticias del hotel.

Muy buena opción para quedarse en Madrid si llevas coche y no quieres pagar una barbaridad o quedarte en un zulo. La habitación es enorme, tiene cocina con lo básico y baño muy amplio también. En coche te plantas en Moncloa en 8 minutos y en la zona de restaurantes de Aravaca en 3 minutos. Si no traes coche igual cuesta un poco conectar en transporte público pero en uber/taxi es fácil también.

Llevamos viniendo a estos apartamentos más de 6 años, y últimamente ya dejaban mucho que desear... Los precios disparados, supuestamente les arreglan y cada vez están peor.. Nuestra última experiencia no puedo clasificarla más q vergonzosa... Llamamos en repetidas ocasiones para avisar que había una fiesta y que las paredes retumbaban, muy amables si, pero nada eficaces ya que tan siquiera estuvo aquí la persona de " emergencia" que tienen asignada para estos escasos... Cuando nos dijo que las 00 de la noche todo estaría solucionado que es al parecer la hora tope de tener la musica como les de la gama de alto... Increíble . Después de quejarnos unas cuantas veces, por fin aparece la persona y nos dice que ya ha llamado a la policía.... La música siguió igual... Nos dicen que ya ha pasado en más ocasiones... En serio??? Y no hacéis nada..??? Si me preguntan.. no vayáis si queréis descansar o por lo menos no acabar desesperados ... Si queréis música a tope es el lugar idóneo.
