I f you are looking for a hotel that looks after its guests in Corralejo look no further, we have stayed here on numerous occasions it’s that nice here. Ali of the staff here no matter what role they have look to make your stay the best , for us Mario, Maria, Laura, Michael and Maria on reception are a real asset to the hotel and made our stay amazing as they have done on previous stays.We had booked All inclusive in a deluxe room with Whirlpool tub but we were upgraded to a suite with whirlpool tub room 2104 which is designed for four people over numerous floors double bedroom on ground floor with a bathroom and access to a terrace with table and chairs with easy access to the pool bar, there is a lounge with TV sette and chairs on the next floor, on the next is a twin room with bathroom , tv , tea and coffee making facilities and a small balcony, on the top floor there is a private terrace with sun loungers and a whirlpool outdoor tub. Food choices throughout the day are great and value for money at the pool bar and main restaurant as are the drink choices, the hotel is light and airy and is well maintained, looking for a hotel in a great location again look no further, we will be back. It was a sad to hear that Tristan the Guest Experience Manager is unwell and we wish him a speedy recovery but we were in good hands with Marlena.

Half term visit with husband and teenager. We booked a deluxe room with whirlpool and all inclusive option. . The room was big and spotless and the outside area the same. Table chairs and 2 sunbeds overlooking the street but as we were high up still private. Nice little sun spot we had fantastic weather. Location is fabulous right in the centre of Corralejo. Food great buffet style breakfast as you would expect high quality food very tasty. Same for evening meal buffet style with a theme each night but also lots of other choice. Lunch was in the pool restaurant a la carte style. Absolutely delicious food a nice break from buffet style. Special shout out to Michael who works very hard and even though he was always very busy took time out to be helpful and friendly. The pool area very nice the sunbeds are free to use after 9am we did find a bit of a stampede and during half term week all of the beds were taken. We did have the option to use the sunbeds on our terrace by our room a lot of people took this option. All in all a lovely holiday in a great hotel.

Loved my stay in room 1211. Was delightful. Pool and facilities were fantastic. I’m a fussy eater and always found plenty on offer. Staff all hardworking and the place is spotless. The gardening team and cleaners work so hard and maintain excellent standards that sets this hotel out. Special mention to Micheal within the pool bar. Joseph and Maurcio (Italian waiter) I’m sure that was his name and Paola at reception for excellent observation, commitment and communication. Really impressed with the standard and loved every minute. The management maintain excellent training and service and couldn’t help that notice the holidays tag/ motto was all the small things make the difference. Which very much made me and my wife have a relaxing and beautiful break. We will be back in February.

Been here 3 times and would stay again. Love the jacuzzi suites with their own patio and sun loungers. Rooms are spotless. Safe should be free I have been to other hotels where it is free. Breakfast was good nice coffee. Very comfortable beds. WiFi a bit slow. Requested specific rooms and we given room in area we had asked for which was good. Great location. For all that corralejo has to offer but nice and quiet despite the road. We were not disturbed by road noise. Can check in before you arrive which speeds things up. Spa was lovely with massage at discount as we are Barceló members. Will definitely return again

Lovely hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Plenty of room. Nice bathroom with brilliant rainfall shower. We were in first floor room as we requested. Pool area and pool really nice if a bit crowded. There was also no problem with reserving beds as is usual these days. Breakfast was really good and hot! Plenty of choice and all really good. Evening meal also good and hot. Not a great lot of choice especially veg but u could always make up a nice meal. Sweets delicious too. Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss as the theatre was closed and they had to use pool bar. This would have been ok but weather spoiled it as it was windy and quite cool. This was our first time in Corralejo and would definitely visit this hotel again. It was central to town and beaches too.

This hotel is fantastic we stayed 22nd to 29th September B&B . Breakfast was served downstairs fantastic choice plenty of sunbeds beach only 5 to 10 minutes walk with bars and restaurants all within the same distance. Rooms were cleaned every day staff were excellent from check in to checking out

Lovely adult only hotel in Corralejo. Rooms and facilities are good. Comfortable beds and air conditioned rooms. Staff are lovely and kind and always very helpful. The food in both the main restaurant and pool side bar is really good. Restaurants are spotless and despite self service they are calm and offer a good variety of freshly cooked food. Lots of food cooked in front of you and different choices every night. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel just five mins walk from the beach.

Had a weeks stay here. Lovely hotel, staff very friendly. Room was lovely didn’t expect the jacuzzi so that was a lovely surprise. My worry was if the hotel is disabled friendly. Had no concerns at all my son got around everywhere and there was a lift to to the room we were on the second floor. On the website it says two bars but only one was for all inclusive that was only our negative comment there only being one bar and no self serve (of a night) for all inclusive. Of a night it was table service and you did wait quite a while for a drink. No problem getting a sunbed either and the pool was a good depth. All in all a fabulous holiday would definitely recommend. Very central location a very busy ***** but just to help wheelchair users if you don’t go all inclusive very hard to get in to most of the bars as they have steps. Big shout out to all the bar staff and waiters they work really hard especially Mario, Alexis and Michael

Having spent two weeks at this hotel in August 2024. Absolutely brilliant hotel. From arrival to departure this was all myself and my family could wish for. Having spent holidays at different locations and hotels in the past, this was up there with the best. We have just had two weeks all inclusive here. Staff were brilliant especially Michael and Raul at the pool bar. The hotel was clean and well run. Room was excellent, spacious, no broken furniture and was serviced daily. Location superb. Only 50 yards off the main run into Town and a 5 minute walk to the Beach. 50 minutes transfer from the Airport.
