Playa Park Zensation

The hotel is around 30mins from the airport. Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite Nice infinity pool on the roof. Food was amazing, there was something different everyday. I highly recommend and will stay again.

This is our 2nd visit here, the last being just a year ago and we couldn’t wait to come back. Friendliest, and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. Genuinely lovely people. Hotel is really clean and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of areas to relax in and out of the sun. Pool area is big enough to not feel too crowded. Roof top infinity pool and bar definitely worth a visit. Location is perfect, you can walk to Beach and centre but it’s far enough away to not be too noisy. As a single mum I feel very safe here. Food was delicious and would do all inclusive every time. Enough variety for everyone and they do switch it up - Italian, Asian etc. The drinks were also decent quality unlike other all inclusive places I’ve been. All in all, this is one our favourite hotels and we will definitely be back. My teenage son was happy to explore on the Hoppy electric scooters and the pool area, shops and beach provided more than enough entertainment for my 20 year old daughter and I.

Just home after 6 nights here with my adult daughter. It was lovely . All staff friendly and helpful. Super clean - rooms done every day. Yes some sad people do reserve sun beds v early then don’t use for ages but there were always beds available throughout the day. Pool towels provided at a cost of 11€ but you get 10€ back when return. And yes have to give room number when order drink or go restaurant - not exactly a hardship Food good quality and variety. some shops and bars 5 mins away . Market Sunday and Thursday . Would recommend this hotel

We could not fault this hotel. From check in to check out, it was amazing. The staff were outstanding, especially a couple in the pool bar in the evening. The food was very good in the main restaurant breakfast being our favourite. We took the wine from the pool bar into the restaurant as preferred it, it was still part of the package. There were water stations in both areas. We had a standard double, which was spacious and was cleaned daily. Lovely balcony. Pool area got quite busy in the mornings. We went for walks in the morning, into the dunes and the coastal walk around the town. Location was perfect. On our return, we managed to get beds further away from the pool bar on the grass area. Had to pay a euro for your towel and would recommend towel clips. The hotel was so clean, from the frontage to the whole of the inside. We will be back. Thank you all.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Playa Park Zensation. Both me and my partner can honestly say it was faultless from start to finish. Check In We booked a standard twin room overlooking the road. This didnt bother us as we didnt plan on spending much time in the room. We did however realise there was no air conditioning in these rooms. I had emailed before our holiday to ask about an upgrade to an air conditioned room, which was available for an extra charge, but we were assured there were fans in every room so we decided against the upgrade. On arrival, while checking in, two very friendly reception staff greeted us and made us feel welcome straight away. We had booked the All Inclusive Ultra package which included a bag of treats each and a stocked mini bar in the room. As we were being checked in, told everything we needed to know and handed our all inclusive wristbands, Bob, one of the reception team, immediately checked if they could upgrade our room to a pool view. To our delight they did, free of charge. Brilliant. Room Although upgraded to a pool view, and what a view it was, the room still didnt have air conditioning. This was a concern at first as it was warm when we arrived. Expecting a standing fan, we were happy to see a large wooden ceiling fan above the bed. Once switched on the room cooled quickly and there was no need for air conditioning at all. In fact, at the end of the holiday we both said that without air conditioning we avoided the sore throats we usually get after a week in those rooms. Aside from that, the room was spacious, very clean and the bed was huge. The mini fridge was stocked with beers, water and cans of coke, all part of the Ultra package. Robe and slippers each were also included. Maids came in daily to tidy and make the beds. Sheets were not changed but we knew this in advance and it was still nice returning to a clean and tidy room. Pools There are plenty of pools. Two main pools sit in the main area, one larger than the other, perfect for early swimmers. Both are around 1.2 to 1.5m deep with shallow areas at 0.5m for children or adults to relax in. There is a long slide into the smaller pool and lifeguards are present at all times. The pools are not heated so can feel cold at first but soon warm in the sun, and in the heat it was refreshing. There is a separate hot tub with jets, again not heated but it warms with the sun. There is also a shallow paddling pool for younger children. The rooftop infinity pool, part of the Ultra package or 10 euros a day per person without, is another highlight. It was quieter up there with fewer children, which made it relaxing. We used it once but preferred the atmosphere of the main pool. Sunbeds Always a worry at family friendly hotels, but not here. There are plenty of beds to go round. To stop people reserving them too early, the beds are stacked until 9am each morning.
