Alua Suites Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

One of the best hotels we visited in Fuerteventura. Tasty food, good drinks, swimming pool, comfortable bed, super clean. Really good vibe and nice staff, always ready to help you.

We just arrived home from the Aula Suites I would just like to say thank you to all the staff you worked very hard to make our holiday perfect. Reception staff are 100% friendly polite and professional. The site is spotless and well.kept. The Restaurant- there was always something to eat food was very nice tastey and hot. Staff in there work hard to keep the flow of the restaurant going smoothly for all of the holiday makers. We will be returning at some point. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and thank you all for making our holiday just perfect.

First time at the hotel, in MFC ( adults only), what an experience. We were not sure what to expect, as we were offered here as our original hotel was not ready. We'll I'm glad we were! Staff- amazing, friendly, funny and couldn't do enough to help! All staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Room- spacious, clean, bed HUGE!, lovely quiet outlook over gardens, with great balcony. Food- MFC buffet for breakfast and lunch.More than enough to fill us. Tasty and hot! MFC evening reteraunt was a huge hit! The main courses were exceptional, and presented to the highest standard! Pool- clean, quiet and more tgan enough sunbeds to go around. The hotel was a huge hit with us, and looking to come back later this year.

Absolutely dreadful place. This was our third stay here and the decline in the rooms, facilities, customer service and attitudes of staff is sad to see. The room we had had no working air con, the shower would not drain so overflowed onto the bathroom floor, TV not working, fan over bed squeaked so loud it could not be used. The room was unbearably hot on a night we simply could not sleep. We had the same set of towels for our whole 5 day stay and despite asking each day for them to be replaced as they were wet and dirty they were not. Housekeeping simply slung them over the top of the shower. Room was not cleaned properly and the previous occupant had obviously drawn on mirror which we could see when it steamed up as well as a sticky drink that had been spilled on the floor. These were there the whole stay so housekeeping clearly not doing their job properly. The shower base had clearly been painted over at some point at it was peeling and flaking and ingrained with dirt, it was disgusting. Reception did not want to know about the issues and kept promising to fix but never did. I spent more time in trying to get someone to help than I did enjoying my holiday. You can only get drinks in plastic cups in exchange for a token from reception and then have to either keep hold of the cups or exchange back again for another token. It was like a bad 2 star all inclusive. Very little variety in food at the MFC lounge for breakfast and lunch. The only good point of the stay was the excellent food and wonderful, friendly staff in the MFC restaurant on an evening. Maybe Reception could take some tips from them and their eagerness to help! Hell would freeze over before we would visit again.

I’ve been to quite a few hotels in the Canaries and this one has been the best. You get used to all inclusives being a bit naff but this one was brill. It’s a little further from the action than I’d have liked by that it’s a 20 min walk to the centre. But we do like to walk dinner off. The actual hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are good and lovely beds. The food was good but we went out most of the time as we like exploring. Just on dining go early or late and miss the heave. All in all an excellent trip and I’d happily recommend the place.

This hotel is perfact. It is very well run, clean and comfortable. Preious reviews about the food being cold are not true. The food is fine if you eat it straight away. We had lovely weather. The room was fine and quiet we enjoyed the endless coffes and drinks.
