Amazing hotel, our whole stay was fantastic, great pools and right in the centre! Would recommend

Very impressed with the quality of everything in this pretty hotel. We only visited for a short stay to meet up with friends (we live in Lanzarote) but would definitely recommend and would love to return. All the staff are exceptional and extremely helpful. Loved the music at night.

This venue is tired and in need of a refresh - it is not really 4 stars No vaping on balcony. Its Spain! Others left unchallenged vaping and smoking in non designated areas. Rule changed in last few months with not much notice. Room very small especially compared with brochure. Hard to comprehend the step up and industrial yellow/black tape to the bed area?? Just have one level. Putting the tape on undoes all effect! Very slippery shower base. Mats should be in room all of the time - we had to keep asking Mould on grout in shower. Extra charge for beach towels if changing. Never had that before Dirty sofa bed and rusty mechanism Broken bathroom door handle furniture ring - loose and falls off Wardrobe doors chipped at top and do not shut properly. There should be more and better access to chilled water - not advertise a 6 euro bottle - Put a bottle of water or 2 in fridge each day for free at 4 stars and £2.5k it is not an unreasonable ask. Hairs on curtains. Wifi constantly dropped out in room and on balcony Work going on over outside terrace bar. Noisy, dusty, no warning.... Coffee table underside falling apart. Flaking paint on outside walls. Staff very friendly and so made up for the various cons somewhat Food mostly good. 2 very average offerings in 10 days. There could be more access to food and drink throughout the day / evening especially when key bars are shut - as all inclusive guests could use the magnetic wrist band to dispense Free bottle cava and chocolates on birthday was a brilliant touch

We loved corralejo firstly. Gorgeous resort, loads of lovely bars and shops all within walking distance. Will defo go back. H10...what a mixed bag. I'll start with the things we weren't impressed with. The main bar. This is basically in the reception/foyer. Once evening hits and the 1 hour 'entertainment' is over, that's the only place to drink. We were AI but went out every night. The staff are nice and all inclusive includes premium drinks...everything you can think of really which was good. Food is OK. We found lunch better than dinner tbh. Nice pool bars with food available at the quiet pool. The room was nice and big. Sofa bed in the lounge area was a bit grim though after we pulled it out after we were checking if something had fell down the back of it. The bathroom was nice. Included all toiletries, toothbrush etc. We were on the ground floor, right by the 'lively' pool. Realised on our last day that we had jewellery, money and our car keys taken from our room. Not sure by who but we spotted a woman early morning midweek who we thought was in a cleaners uniform outside our patio but she ran off when she realised I'd seen her. Didn't think anything of it but noticed things were missing each day halfway through our hols. Just little things so you didn't really think anything of it like a little necklace one day, cheap earrings the next. €25 from my bag but again, just thought I'd mislaid/lost them. Final day, packing our suitcases I had a packing bag with bits and bobs in which I left on the coffee table and my car keys from home (left car at airport in uk) it was only when I realised they had gone that the penny dropped that those items weren't mislaid, they'd been taken. Reported to reception but they weren't interested as we didn't get a safe. We didn't take much cash...about €50 as we were AI and use our cards (but they were always with us). It did leave a sour taste especially as the hotel weren't interested. Sorry, but if you're paying £1300 each, a safe in your room should be free of charge. There was work going on too and we chatted to a couple who were put in a room right next door. The wife was unwell and they came away for a rest and peace and quiet but they had a right time of it trying to get moved. It took about a week for the hotel to give them another room. I understand work needs to be done but don't put paying guests right next to all the noise/drilling/dust. As I say, we love Correljo and H10 hotels usually but we wouldn't come back. Price just doesn't justify the experience.

The room was excellent and exactly as the pictures as was the whole hotel. Although the hotel was mostly full it still felt quiet and peaceful. The restaurant was busy in the evening but during the day was quiet. The food and service excellent
