Arrived at the hotel on 4th October, everything seemed quite straight forward. We were allocated 333 and my parents and one of my child were allocated 332. So meant we were together as this was a family holiday! We were given a bag of room due to arrival being late evening which consists of a stale sandwich, black banana, and a pear- no water with no shops which were open nor any vending machines. My parents room were clean but very basic, when we entered our family room. The electric did not work, so we called the reception and they quickly got someone to us (this room were clearly now checked before given to us) We then discovered our air conditioning did not work, had no power at all. We called the reception again, the guy who did repairs came to our room with 2 fans so clearly knew the air conditioning did not work! These fans blew hot air around our room. At this point I was fuming. We had a 3 months old, 3 year old and 6 year old in our room and was 29 degrees. They came the day after to check the air conditioning unit and stated this was not an easy fix and gave us a portable air conditioning unit with a vent pipe which has to go onto balcony. I complained to the reception and requested another room with working air conditioning as I was not happy about leaving the balcony door open for the vent during the night with 3 very young children the banister on the balcony were also loose! We were told we would have another room the next day for both rooms as this was a family holiday. When we went to the reception the morning after and were told that they had two rooms opposite each other around the pool but again did not have any working air conditioning which again resulted in a portable air conditioning unit which left my children at risk again having access to the pool, one not being able to swim but has no fear. So I declined this offer from the hotel as we was in the same situation. We then got offered a ground floor room with working air conditioning which were much better but they did not offer my parents a room with us which meant our family were separated to the opposite end of the hotel. (My children went between both rooms during evenings getting ready)! The pool area is standard but loads of hazards, cracked tiles in baby pool. Corners of the edging around trees (tiles) cracked. Will leave images. They have no lifts so when we were allocated on the 3rd floor initially we had to carry the pram up and down very poor lighting stairs numerous times a day. A few days into the holiday my dad got some fish in sauce from the restaurant which were raw, the food were absolutely vile and children’s choice was the same every night pizza hotdogs chips pasta and sauce burgers. Which was nothing special. I would not even rate this a 3* hotel, this hotel needs some extensive renovations doing. The receptionist were very rude about every situation raised. We have asked to extend our time in our room tomorrow on departure and they have said t

We have had lovely time at 07. There's no pressure or pretence here just a good family relax. Food is surprisingly good and bored, sure there's a touch of repetition but that's to be expected. Everyone here works so hard and are incredibly generous.

I will be honest I was really worried having read the bad reviews before we arrived for our holiday But I presently surprise we where situated in a ground floor apartment with disabled facilities as we had an elderly relative with us The room was very clean , spacious we did ask for a table and chairs inside the room as there was no where to sit and another mattress so higher bed for our disabled relative which was sorted straight away, The food was ok always something to eat most of the food tasted fresh ,but maybe a bit more choice would be great Entertainment us you typical kids disco , singer ect could be better But for a 3 star hotel I wasn't complaining Staff where amazing from start to finish my father in law become really ill and ended up with an ambulance and hospital and all the staff went above and beyond to help up , even when he couldn't fly home on departure day they kept the room on until he could fly home The Manager came every day and jet 2 rep Brent was brilliant couldn't thank them enough We will be back in the future

Just got home from a week's stay here with my daughter (12). I stayed 2 years ago when it was labranda. The improvements that have been made so far are great . All can't be done when people are there. Spoke to the manager whilst staying and he asked how things were and do we have any recommendations that could help improve. Food was good, new head chef in and can't complain for what you pay for.. All staff were fantastic and really helpful. The only thing I would say is that as you can book this hotel with waterpark passes included, a shuttle bus should be put on.

I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. 2 week Family of 4, 2 children aged 3 & 6 We first arrived at 1-00pm Thursday 20th June, not been able check in till after 4:00pm to our room been filthy! A leaking toilet!!! Sink and toilet piping setting of smells, bugs in the wardrobe, front door not been able to lock, (children could just open to door onto hotel car park into the streets without us knowing due to their beds been in the open planed room) we were slide pool side! The pool was absolutely disgustingly dirty the water been stagnant and green, “human poo on tiles over 12hours*** having to ask several times to be cleaned, also having to pester to make it safe due to broken tiles and broken pool drainage shields, seeing people twisting the ankles very dangerous, along with so many broken sharp tiles seeing a man enjoying his time with his children tripping and slipping from the tiles constantly been wet in puddles and chipped /broken cashing him cracking his head open and having to have immediate medical care, the times were straight away replaced and worked on but the tape was wrapped around a bin and a sun umbrella a took machine was placed on the bin and that became a hazzard when it fell into the pool when a lad was coming down it… A young boy was drowning luckily two tourist walking past minding there day had to jump in with their ruck sacks on due to him drowning and life guard was on his phone (the phone was daily) and one life guard was so rude shooing people off with their hand for communication Some staff were nice some staff were rude but overall pool side was a “””danger zone***I’ve seen 4 people fall injuring themselves on my stay couldn’t take my eyes off my children due to hurting them selves easily, food hall was clean but food was very repetitive constant fish and rice pizza and chips, rice and pasta was also uncooked a few times fresh salad but flys sitting on it. Snack bar was rougher than rough, My room was cleaned 3 times though out my 2 week stay here! I did try number of times to move accommodation but hurdles were there. Entertainment was very poor! The odd disco after 9:30 and only 3 songs played very poor, when foot ball was on they would play it if a 32” tv when they had a massive projector board (apparently broke) I don’t know how this hasn’t got bad reviews as I know for sure I aren’t the only one who wouldn’t return I had 3 enough it’s in the space of 3 days due to them having to move due to doors not locking and air on not working, people eating out all the time like myself because food wasn’t the best! I could go on but I’ll stop here with some photos! Believe my word I stay in 3/4 star hotels this is a 1 star in my rating the hotel needs investigating.

The food was disgusting. It was Fish and Pork virtually every day. Cracked tiles broken stairs. My daughter is special-needs so it was quite a health and safety issue. One family had to move out of their room infested in cockroaches. No Aircon in the room. They run out of keys for the key safe.

Amazing family holiday and met amazing people. Baring in mind this is a 3 star hotel, lower than what we would normally go while holidaying though I would return back if a few small things could be changed. Hotel is lovely and spacious no trouble with sunbed end of June start of July. Some parts could be doing with a little update though again there has already been changed made from last year for the better. Food- so long as you remember this is a 3 start you will not go wrong, there is always something to stop you going hungry. Some days are really good others there will be something. The bar and restaurant people work so hard and are always friendly. There is an array of drinks some self service. Never any issue to fill pen cups, Dario is always providing service with a smile and happy to chat away about his football etc. Rooms - rooms were clean and very spacious they were cleaned every second day. One day we had to ask for a bed to be changed due to sickness and it was done with no problem within the hour. I do believe all rooms are being renovated. The bathrooms could be doing updated though clean which is fine. Location of the hotel- is a little further out though a stroll out the back gate would get you to the main ***** within 10mins. And going out the front door to the right there is also some bars and restaurants here also with a small hyperdino supermarket. Entertainment - unfortunately this is the hotel down fall. There is not 7 days of activities as stated on the easyJet website. There should be 2 entertainers though unfortunately Maria is very rarely present during my time I saw her take 2 water aerobic classes and a few kids mini disco though interaction with the children was minimal. Miguel on the other hand really does his best always going round the pool chatting away to everyone and taking the kids for water activities or colouring etc. last year there was a kids club hit where the kids had to be signed in and out of for though this is no longer active. Someone else to help Miguel would make a massive difference in the entertainment part.

Spent 10 nights at the hotel, as all inclusive - family with a 2 year old and a 7 year old. To begin with, we travelled at the back end of the half term week, and so only had first 2 days of mad busy rush with no sunbeds from early on and massive queues in the restaurant. All the rest of the time we had available sunbeds even coming in the afternoon and no queues for food. I'd avoid busy periods, and would recommend coming off peak. We booked 2 x twin rooms with easyjet holidays and it wasn't clear what they'd be like as the hotel website doesn't have this room type - but each room had a spacious living area and a large bedroom with king-size bed (2 beds together but good mattresses and very comfortably and big). Sofa beds in the living room are only just a sleeping option - the mattress is too short to accommodate an adult and it's not very wide at all (single width). Wasn't a fan of those at all. Rooms are dated but clean, cleaners were always around the area and available if needed (usually rooms are cleaned every second day but we didn't bother and would just swap towels etc instead). I feel that we got lucky with room allocation as we were on top floor (not great for luggage and pram without a lift) and round the corner from the main entertainment area, which were noisy till after midnight with some guests particularly on the ground floor drinking, swimming in the pool and shouting well into the night. Unfortunately, no staff did anything about this behaviour at all so it was free for all to behave as they please. Food was okay, kids had the choice of plain pasta, rice and fries every night + some lovely freshly made pizzas and onion rings, so happy days for fussy young eaters. Adult selection was fairly basic - the best thing was fresh fish every day in different variations (they do recycle the left overs into casserole style dishes the following day, but there was always fresh fish from grill which was amazing). Some nice cold vegetable salads, and again the above mentioned basic sides. They only do churros 2x a week which was a shame as my daughter was looking forward to it. Pudding wise - ice creams, fresh honey melon and water melon, mini cake slices, jelly... Nice coffee from the coffee machine (weirdly this was switched off at dinner times, but you can get a take ouf coffee from the same machine around the corner). Animation is a team of 2: Maria and her male colleague. There is usually a kids activity at 11:30, and then around 4pm, and mini disco at 8:30. My 7 year old loved the animators- they connected with her really well. It was also her birthday during our stay and they paid a lot of attention to her during the day which was really nice of them. I also wanted to highlight how friendly the restaurant/bar team are- we asked about my daughter's birthday, and they arranged a table with decoration and balloons, made kids some mocktails and brought us a bottle of champagne. We left the cake with them in the morning and they broug

We were pretty disappointed with our stay at the Aloe 07. Firstly jet2 included an unlimited water park pass for our duration but failed to state it was a 25-30minutes walk away. This is also separate to the hotel so your all inclusive doesn’t include this - we have been to other places and it has. You can’t check in to your room until 3pm. We arrived at 11am and was rudely greeted by the receptionist. Gave us our reusable cups and said to come back at 3pm. I went back as my child has additional needs and couldn’t understand and they were completely un-empathic towards the situation. After requesting our room earlier we eventually got our key at 3:15. The air conditioning is non existent in the rooms which made for an uncomfortable stay. I wouldn’t advise the pull out beds if you’re over 6 years old as they are flimsy. Pools were cold but we put that down to the weather. However, they weren’t maintained regularly and during our stay there were green stains in the pool for atleast 2days before we left. The animation team were ok. We found Miguel very engaging with all the family but his work partner didn’t seem to gel well with him often visibly disagreeing infront of guests. The hotel itself is situated opposite the sand dunes. But a short walk to the left of the hotel is derelict hotels covered in graffiti. The food wasn’t great for children with the only child friendly foods being plain pasta, plain rice and fries. A lot of children struggled and we found ourselves eating away from the resort. The snack bar food is uncovered so wild birds are pecking away at the free standing food. The hotel boasts a no smoking policy but isn’t monitored. As well as no sun lounger reservations but again not monitored so they were all “reserved” by 7:30. Overall there’s room for improvement here but at this moment I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family.
