Labranda Corralejo Village

We have just returned from a stay at this hotel. This was our first visit to Fuerteventura and like many other reviews, we have mixed feelings on this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. We have stayed in cleaner places but it was adequate. There were two rooms and the shower room. A main room with a pull out sofa bed, TV and wardrobes and a bedroom with single beds pushed together. Some maintenance needed to be done. The tap on the bathroom sink had sunk into the worktop from water damage and was lopsided. Some of the metal legs were rusty where meets the floor which was not nice to see . The hotel advertised that rooms had been ‘Recently Refurbished’ however how recent that was we don’t know but definitely not holding up very well. The shower area seals had black mould in parts and you could see that the rail holding the glass shower screen in place was very dirty. Corrosion had set in some parts and leaked water when showering so had to ensure towel was near door to absorb water. Also check the milk left in your room. Out of the 4 left, 1 was out of date. We never used but just check as this had been mentioned. But overall, we liked the layout of our room. The safe was free and the air conditioning was the good. The food was lovely. Lots of choice. Fresh pizza was cooked at lunch and dinner which was lovely and the guy making them was always smiling. The dining area could have done with some new chairs. They were stained and some were falling apart. They also all seemed to have a layer of dust on the rungs. The staff in the dining area worked tirelessly, but a few more of them would have been better. It is true that the entertainment team seem to engage more with Italian guests. With the exception of two. I think his name was Carlos? And the children’s entertainer Ila. They treated everyone the same. Ila was very good with the children, getting them to join in and always had a smile and hello for my daughter. We agree with other reviews that they need to turn down the volume of the music. We like music but it blasted your ears. We had to sit across the other side of the pool. The main thing that let our stay down was the swimming pool. It was turning all lighter coloured swimwear green. Our daughter’s swimming costume started turning green after her first half an hour in the pool and got worse as the holiday went on. Basically anything in a lighter colour which included our swimwear was going a deeper tinge of green as time passed which we were not able to wash out! Other guests were also suffering the same, and it was even making the hair of blonde haired guests turn green. We even saw one man with a green beard. We complained about this twice and the staff came up with different excuses each time. Other guests had been given different excuses again. The first time they told us they had never known it before and that it must be the fabric of the swimwear. This was a lie as other guests told us they had complai

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this Lovely hotel. Great location just off main Street. Spotlessly clean rooms, and grounds. Food at the all inclusive restaurant very good, with a good all round choice, rooms of a good standard with good views. cleaned daily. Few broken tiles by the pool. But that maybe being the only negative I could find. Hotel staff very hard working and friendly. Carlo and his entertainment team Were excellent, and involved every nationality around the pool. Very hard working team. Great hotel will be back next year for sure

This was my 7th time in this hotel but first time since it rebranded and revamped when labranda took over. I was hesitant to book as nothing could replace the old 'pleasure dome' dunas alisios to me but I took the leap and booked it for me and my family. The rooms I have to say are beautiful. Working aircon, cleaned daily, very spacious. The only downside is the toilet/bathroom is in the bedroom and the door to the bathroom doesn't close or lock. It's frosted glass and it opens both ways. You can imagine how frustrating it is having your 3 year old coming into the toilet whilst your on it lol. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a VERY uncomfortable bed. Even my 3 year old struggled to get some sleep on there. The beds in the main bedroom are so hard it's like lying on a concrete slab. The pillows are so thin I woke up with neck, back and a headache every morning, that's if I had even been to sleep. Pool area and poolside bar are kept clean and there was no fighting for sunbeds each day. My only complaint is that the pool bar only serves in very small plastic cups which I understand fully being right by the pool but I think if your not sitting by the pool a proper glass should be offered. The only time you can get a proper glass is in the rock bar on a night which opens at 6.30. As others have said the entertainment leaves a lot to be desired. If you aren't Spanish or Italian you don't get spoken to / smiled at or even acknowledged. most of the staff are lovely though. They took time to talk to my son. And i have to say the ladies in reception were really lovely as well as one of the life guards. My 3 year old would have loved the mini disco on a night but as it starts at 8.45pm he is usually too tired to join in. There isn't much entertainment on a night other than 8.45pm mini disco then the main entertainment at 9 or 9.30. For me this hotel isn't as young family friendly as it used to be. ( I know it's a different company ect ) I think it should be an adults only or at least a 16 plus because of the lack of things to do for the young children and the lateness of all the entertainment. And the type of people it seems to attract. My son who has adhd and autism was playing in the water with his dad one day and a lady complained he was too loud! If we ever had to tell him off people around us would stare like we shouldn't be there. It was very uncomfortable. We felt very out of place the entire time like we shouldn't be there. Again not like it used to be. The food I have to admit is great, there's something for everyone! Can be a bit repetitive but being a vegetarian i always found something to eat. Fresh pizza and pasta are amazing!! Best part is the ice cream bar!  All in all it's a very nice hotel but I think it's more suited to older people and older kids. Would I come back......possibly if there were just me and my husband but I wouldnt be bringing my child here again.

Great holiday, very relaxing.. close to pool , bar , restaurant. Food was very healthy compared to some all inclusive and I’m vegetarian and could always find something nice to eat. The fresh pizza and pasta were great and unlimited. Animation team good tried to get everyone involved and things going on most of the day. We won bingo and got to go in the hot in and have a fancy sun bed. The hotel is situated in a quiet street but within minutes you are on a street with loads of shops . Hotel rooms are big and we never heard a thing once we were inside and we were close to reception. Definitely would return it’s all you need for a relaxing family holiday. Some people like to moan but I think if you did moan you need to paying more money and going to a five star resort.

A fantastic holiday! Visited with family (5 of us) and we’ve had a fantastic holiday! Rooms Rooms were kept very clean, and was straightened daily. Only downside was the bed wasn’t a double for myself and my other half; we had two single beds. When checking in we had recieved a free upgrade with our room and package to all inclusive plus - the only difference was we had extra drinks in our package. Had a slight hiccup to begin with with a blocked drain, but this was quickly fixed within 30 mins of contacting reception. Food / drinks The resturant was great, food very well restocked with a lovely selection each day with plenty to choose from. Drinks were fantastic, particularly the love on the beach and mojitos Entertainment We have to say, Carlo was FANTASTIC and is a massive credit to the hotel. From the very first day he learnt our names and made us feel very included and welcomed with all activities. All of the entertainment team were enthusiastic and friendly, but Carlo spoke very good English so the connection made was fantastic. Very approachable, friendly and a lovely man to have the pleasure to have met. Location Hotel is very close to the *****, not too close to hear the ‘hustle n bustle’ but very well positioned for restaurants, the water park, beach and shops. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The hotel is clean, The rooms are spacious but the bathroom and toilet situation is less than desirable when you have someone on the sofa bed. Restaurant is repetitive as with most AI but good quality. Would we return Yes, if only for the amazing Carlo who who went above and beyond to make my family have fun. This mum truly makes the hotel. We stayed at this hotel in July 2024 for a week. It was myself, my husband and our 5 year old. We arrived late at night but they had kept the dining room open with a cold buffet which was lovely. Our room was lovely and clean and spacious. There was a sofa bed set up in the living room which we put away as the bedroom had 2 beds pushed together so all 3 of us shared. The rooms were cleaned daily and we didn’t have any issues with bugs. The air con was very good- you have to make sure to keep doors and windows closed. We did have an issue with the tv and the remote but this was dealt with. We were ground floor near the pool which was good. There is no major rush for sun-beds. The daytime entertainment is good- you don’t have to get involved and the animation team won’t push you to get involved. I’ve seen many reviews say that they are only interested in Italians but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Carlo, Mario, Alice and Ila were very friendly and made the daily activities fun. Ila runs the kids club and the mini disco and is so good with the kids! All the staff are friendly and the restaurant is nice and clean, plates are not left for ages and the food is fresh and there is plenty of it. Joseph on the Italian station was really lovely and made plain pasta for the kids. The hotel is in a great location, close to the shops, markets, waterpark and beach. We will definitely be back!

Just back from our 8th year staying here,another absolutely fantastic time. This is genuinely the only place I have been where I can totally switch off and relax, completely different from any other all inclusive hotels we have stayed in and this is why we keep returning. There are no fights for sunbeds,around the pool can be as quiet or as boisterous as you want just choose where to sit. The are a range of water based activities such as aqua gym,aqua dance, pool party,foam party,volleyball as well as darts, bingo,football,cocktail games. The hotel is predominantly an Italian hotel so of course the entertainment is provided by the alpitours team. If you don't want to join in then don't, if you do they will welcome you and include you. Carlos will literally talk to anyone!! Again the entertainment is geared around the Italian guests but every other day there are singers performing,the other days it is the animations team. We tend to stay for the singers and go out to local bars etc when the variety shows were on. Miguel and the bar staff are very friendly at definitely make you feel at home. I have seen some reviews that the food was very repetitive, I have never really seen that at all,there are themed nights like Canarian and Asian,BBQ nights there is always fresh pasta and pizza available,there is always one fish and one meat on the hot plate,stews,veg,burgers,fish fingers,chicken nuggets,onion rings for the kids.There is a full salad bar and a pasta/cold section,breads,fruit and loads of deserts.There is literally something for everyone and if you are overly picky there is a burger king next door. The hotel was completely overhauled 8 years ago and so things are showing a little bit of age but if you report it to reception it will be sorted straight away. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. No issues with the pool turning things green and we were in every day. We can't wait to go back again and see the fantastic team and see familiar guests we see each year. If you come home and don't know the alpitours dance there is something wrong somewhere

We had a great time at Corralejo Village and would return. Food - Quite repetitive with limited options. Fresh pasta and pizza bar was brilliant and a hit with all the family Entertainment - hit and miss. The animation team really do work hard. Yes some have limited english but Mario, Carlo, Ila and Fredirico do try and involve all languages. Other two members tend to stick to the Italian crowd. Rooms - maids visited everyday and changed towels if needed. We did put note on door not needing cleaning as conscious of the environmental impact. Room layout can be a little awkward when trying to get ready Team - bar staff (Miguel and Tariq mainly) are fab and do make it fun. The waiting staff in restaurant work so hard and try their best to help you. Overall cleanliness was brilliant. The maintenance team were out every morning cleaning and preparing the pool areas which don't open until 9 which is great!
