The rooms were comfortable but not the cleanest. Staf was not warm and welcoming but did there work efficiently. The hot tub was cemented in and the pool was unusable. The breakfast was the best part of th＞s stay. The lady on the weekend was very friendly, warm and welcoming. They did a great job on keeping the breakfast offerings replenished. It's real sad you have to take your dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones and housekeeping only comes if you make a request to the front desk early in the mornings. I would expect this at a cheap motel not a nicer hotel.

The shower curtain was broken and rigged up. The tv would only turn on but Couldn't watch anything on it. The fridge would not get cold and the carpet felt a little sticky. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful.

I’m usually pretty happy staying at LaQ and this time was no exception. My only big issue was there was mold growing under the silicone caulk around the tub. I feel this should have been cleaned and replaced. I also would have liked more than 1 regular coffee pack….there was 1 reg/1 decaf for 2 adults who love their coffee.The walls are a little thin, we could hear our neighbors and their children come in at 2am. Other than that our stay was great! Check in was flawless, staff was nice and attentive, bed was comfy, A/C worked great, breakfast smelled yummy but we didn’t have time to eat. Price was excellent for a last minute, holiday weekend booking. I would stay here again!

Unsatisfied customer This has actually been the worst I have ever stayed at .. shower had mold around tub .. electrical outlets broken and exposed no phone in room the tv was controlled by the switch by the door so in other words when the switch was off tv was off .. have no earthly explanation of why this is wired like that .. was too tired the night we checked in but in the morning had front desk come up and see what I was talking about he moved us to another room I just had one more night and I didn’t want to try and go to another hotel so that was ok room was better but I sure won’t be staying there anymore

You can smell the humidity in the room, there was no toilet paper or soap, jad to ask for it. The medium towels that were hanging in the restroom next to the sink as clean had toothpaste on them and were dirty you can tell they were never washed

First tool was dirty, second room did not had the bedding, noise out of the highway is horrible but staff was kind and try to correct the issues.
