A 3 bedroom home with a private heated pool! The home sleeps 10 and offers 3 bedrooms with 50' TV's and 2 full baths in the main house and another full bath in the pool house. The main house has an updated kitchen with a coffee bar that will give you all the conveniences of home. The pool house offers a 65" Smart TV and full bath. It can also be used as a private workspace or family hangout! Just a quick 10 minute drive to the beach or just minutes to Oso Golf Course, Downtown or TX A&M Corpus. House Rules: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Minimum Age to Rent is 24. No smoking and no vaping in the property. This is a non-smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home. No Parties/Events. Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am - Enforced. Not responsible for accidents. There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times. No more than 10 guests. No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged. No pets allowed. $500 pet cleaning fee will be charged. If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed, and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.
