Very cozy and welcoming. Very easy to get back to and leave using TukTuks. The staff were very helpful with airport pick up and drop off. Great breakfast too

Excellent quiet hotel. The air conditioner worked silently, roosters and road noise did not disturb. It is located 15 minutes walk from the center, near McDonald's. There is a safe, toiletries, a soft bed. Excellent deep pool, at the reception they helped to organize a transfer from the airport and a transfer to the port early in the morning. They packed us breakfast for the road. Many thanks for our vacation.

Well located hotel, a little away from the intense hustle and bustle of the center, easy scooter rental in front of the hotel for 400 PHP for 12 hours. Nice pool to relax.
Spacious room, lacks a little soundproofing.

The hotel is located a bit far from the center. But this is also a plus, because it is quiet. There is McDonald's and a massage SPA salon 300 meters away. We booked excursions at the hotel, they were organized perfectly. Good breakfasts. There is a swimming pool. The room is modern and clean. The hotel exceeded all expectations.

We stayed here 4 nights in the suite. Which is overall larger, has a fridge and a private balcony. It’s lovely small but more than capable hotel. I spent a long time trying to find a place to stay before finding Charms and so pleased we picked here as it’s reasonably priced the room was big, cleaned well daily, a small buffet breakfast was included in the price and the staff all very helpful and friendly. It’s about 20 mins walk to the main area which I did on several occasions as like to take in my surroundings. By tuk tuk it’s 5 minutes to the main restaurant area. Thoroughly recommend if staying in Coron.
