Coron 180 Hotel

Great location, on Coron's main street. Modern rooms with comfortable beds. The highlight is the roof terrace with a 360° panorama. Very friendly staff. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates. No TV in the room. No hairdryer.

The accommodation was newly built and clean! The room was small but clean, and the air conditioner and refrigerator worked well! The ocean view made the sunrise and sunset so beautiful. However, the room was small and stuffy, and there was no mirror in the room, so it was uncomfortable. You could choose the menu for breakfast, and it was pretty because it was on the rooftop. The location was so good that I could walk to everything, such as booking tours and going to restaurants. I think I'll book again when I go to Coron.

My partner and I stayed at 180 Coron for 3 days and we loved it. The rooms are a bit small but well equipped, with a fridge and a kettle. Everything is quite new. We had a misunderstanding with the room selection, and the staff tried to fix it. As for breakfast, the hotel prepared a take away breakfast for us at 6am since we had private tours every day. There was a great selection of breakfasts and they were all very good. Lastly, the hotel arranged a transfer for us to go to the airport at a price of 250 pesos per person.

Please don't be fooled by the pictures and the age of the hotel. The rooms are much too small. There is no room for two suitcases. There is no safe in the room, which is an absolute no-go. There is no hairdryer in the room either, you have to request one at reception. There is no telephone in the room... The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed. The air conditioning does not work properly at the temperature and power level. The windows have large gaps, so mosquitoes can fly in at any time. The bathroom sometimes has an extremely foul, stinking smell, you almost want to throw up. The ventilation in the bathroom is very loud. When you shower, all the water runs over it, because the window is poorly constructed and does not go all the way to the wall. You can save yourself breakfast. We travel a lot around the world, but we have rarely seen such unmotivated, unfriendly employees. You have to order breakfast from a menu. You don't get everything, half is always missing. When you ask, the answer is we don't have it or we forgot. Coffee and tea are only available on request... You certainly won't get full, so skip breakfast. It takes forever for the food to arrive. Save your money and go somewhere else.
