THANKS TO TRIP.COM I have now the privilege to express my triple disappointment from this hotel i booked name RED DOORZ AMPHIBI-KO , guys hear me out this hoTEL HAS VERY POOR SERVICE EVEN THEIR INFORMATION PERSONNEL IS VERY UNFRIENDLY SHE IS ALWAYS IRRITATED EVERYTIME I APPROACHED HER ASIDE FROM THE POOR SERVICE OF THE HOTEL, this RECEPTIONIST CONVINCED ME THAT THEY WILL RIGHT AWAY REPLACE THE ELECTRICITY WITH THEIR SO CALLED GENERATOR BECAUSE EVERYDAY FOR EVERY 3hrs IT HAS BLACK OUT IN THE ENTIRE CORON TOWN BUT SHE IS LIAR I NEVER GET THE SERVICE I SUPPOSED TO RECIEVED FROM THEM , i SUFFERED FROM MY ENTIRE STAYED THEIR BECAUSE THE GENERATOR THEY PROMISED IS NOT EXISTING. I FEEL I WAS STUCK IN THE HOT TUNNEL THEY NEVER PROVIDE ANY ELECTRICITY ITS VERY HOT INSIDE THEY NEVER ATTENDED US OR CHECK US EVERYTIME IT HAS A POWER INTTERRUPTION. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE . NEVER EVER BOOK TO THIS HOTEL. THANK ME LATER! AND THE WORST IS THEIR PAGE IS MOT EXISTING AND WE DONT HAVE CHANCE TO RATE THEM BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHATS THEIR LACKINGS AND THEIR INCONVENIENCES! Excellent location in the centre of the city. Good staff. Solved hot water problem by giving me a shower in another room. WiFi is excellent. AC is super powerful. Bed is comfortable...

We booked a standard room but once checked, there was a problem in the room. The receptionist was super reactive and upgrade us to a deluxe one. The hotel is nearby nice restaurants and reception offers help to book tour etc. Very good service.
Make sure you have mosquito repellent as there are a lot over there.
