The room and bed were very comfortable. Staff and breakfast were nice. The property outside i have to say from the looks of it i was nervous about what our room was going to be like. The room was clean and nice. The property not so much. I will say though that the next day they were cleaning the the outdoors of the property. Later that day it looked nice and very clean. We had a waterfront view which we could not enjoy as it smelled like sewer. Thst was very disappointing. We couldn't stay outside to enjoy the view. The outside pool was nice I

I think the bathroom sink area was difficult to maneuver around...meaning no counter space at all. Also, the bedding and mattress was only so so. But the people we came in contact with were very helpful and welcoming.

Nice Inn with beautiful views of the Sound We had a beautiful room with a balcony on the Sound. The sunsets were amazing! As stated in the Inn's info, there is a smell associated with the swampy mud area near the bulkhead, but we expected itvandvwas not bother by it. The only arm chair in the room was made of poor quality. It would have been nice to have 2 nicely made chairs to enjoy sitting and chatting in the evening. The continental breakfast was a nice variety of items and the dining and food area was extremely clean. The customer service was great from check-in to check-out! We would definitely stay again and recommend the Inn to others.

Our stay was fine, however the property and rooms need a facelift. It’s very rustic and old. We had a king suite which was a large room with a pullout but the furniture, room and bathroom needed a major upgrade. The staff was excellent and super friendly and helpful and the property’s location was ideal. Central and by the water. Overall we had a pleasant stay but I don’t think I could stay there again unless they do some major renovations.

Walking to our room smelled awful then spiders, spiders and spiders...we found 7 spiders in our room the first night... everywhere spiders. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very nice though!!

It was nice, just expected the rooms to be a little nicer and cleaner. There were bugs in every corner of the room.
