Our experience at Hotel Trapani In was delightful! The staff was so responsive and helpful with recommendations. The room was immaculate; just what we needed and expected. Breakfast was perfectly presented with many fresh, delicious choices. Trapani In is an intimate treasure. We definitely recommend it!

We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel had a very favorable location but was dirty, both the rooms with torn sheets and the bathroom with still signs of paint and tons of dust everywhere. The breakfast room is tiny and everything is very dirty from the tables to the dishes to the floor. Not recommended

Hotel in the center of Trapani very well positioned for walking around the city, also very close to the embarkations for the islands. Excellent mattress and pillows. The blackout curtain is perfect. Some flaws to improve: poorly soundproofed rooms with considerable noise from guests even on the landing at all hours; basic and not very varied breakfast (shame!) and finally very superficial cleaning, especially in the bathroom (shower, I think, never cleaned) in addition to the hygiene products supplied in droppers.

On the phone I was told that the room would be the same and that it would be a small room without a bidet. Accepted the offer at the price of 117 euros for the extra night. We arrive, we get settled, we go out for dinner and on the way back before going to sleep I see a cockroach at the height of the pillow. No sleep was spent searching for the cockroach without success. In the morning, we repack our bags, go down to reception and report what happened. We are told we would have another room. We are made to pay the full amount of the night spent with the cockroach (or cockroaches). Upon departure we are also reminded of the 4 euro tourist tax. Two stars for the second decent room. If room no. 41 is offered, do not accept.

I stayed in this hotel and I must say that I found the structure far below my expectations. The bedroom was very small and was totally different from the one shown on the site. The bathroom had no window, the mattress was very hard and did not allow the body to adapt. The climate was impossible to use due to a very old model which made a lot of noise. The roller shutter cord broke as soon as I tried to pull it. To top it off, there was a sensor installed above my head that flashed continuously (a show during the night… disco style). The final treat was breakfast. Inedible brioches, juice diluted with water. The only positive note was the cleanliness and location of the hotel. Everything else to forget. I felt very fantasizing during my stay, a colossal mockery. 4 star hotel??? Well… absolutely to be reviewed and reclassified.
