When I made my reservation I had requested a first floor due to my disability. When I arrived there were no first floor rooms available. The guy at the counter offered me a suite for more money. I politely declined and asked him for the elevator to get to my second floor room. He told me the motel didn’t have an elevator. I then asked him for assistance to get up the stairs with my belongings since I have a fused ankle and a bad knee. He told me he could not help me as he was the only one there. Poor customer service. Poor disability accommodations. But, I must say, once I made it up there, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well.

Low overnight fee if booked way in advance e. Bathroom and heater/cooler unit could use a facelift. Clean but getting old! Staff very accommodating.

For the price, it was excellent. It was an older hotel so I wasn't expecting the Ritz! The air conditioner worked well, even if a little loud, and the bed was comfortable. They had a continental breakfast with cereal and make your own waffles. I was good with that. The tea was hot and they had to-go cups. Would definitely stay there again.

Tho this is basically a truck stop area and the hotel is older both interiorly and exteriorly- I did not feel unsafe. The room was clean and the desk clerk was very nice.

We loved staying at this hotel! We stay at this place to visit family members in Orland CA. Which is 15 minutes away plus there’s a ****** nearby. Friendly and nice staff. We will be coming back again.
