We were celebrating a special occasion and they looked after us very well. Th e food was excellent and the facilities great.

The front desk staff are all Indians, and they are not well trained. They charged the card repeatedly. After many communications, they said they would refund the card, but they asked for the card number and swiped it again. They swiped my card three times for one hotel. I have never seen such stupid front desk service.

Because we have two children, we were upgraded to a deluxe suite with two single beds for an additional 35 euros. It was so cute. The hotel is huge and the environment is super beautiful. Children can also rent bicycles for free and watch ponies. Apart from the relatively remote location, there are no disadvantages and it’s very cost-effective!
