Stayed three nights, all was well. Great food & and reasonable prices. Service was a little bit slow but very friendly so all good 👌🏼

Very lovely hotel. Enjoyed my one day stay. Very friendly staff. Didn't have time to try the spa and gym but hopefully bext times.

We arrived having booked 6 x twin rooms after our show at Cork Opera House. We were allocated 6 x Double Rooms for 12 males. Arrived at 11:30 finally got sorted at 1:20 wouldn’t allow us to use the bar had to sit in reception no hospitality not ideal. Wouldn’t book this group of hotels again not impressed

Pool was a bit cold and paying for hats is just a money spinner that annoys customers - why not plan and wash them?

Very basic rooms. No amenities except the bare minimum soap and shampoo. In bulk. Not even a pen or an alarm clock. Very difficult to find at night.
On the plus side, very nice breakfast buffet and lobby.

Great staff, hotel needs an update
This facility is in need of an update. The carpeting in the common areas and in our room had quite a few stains. Even some of the accent pillows in the common area and restaurant were quite stained. The staff was friendly and always very helpful. The breakfast is first rate.
