빅토리안양식의 멋진 호텔이었어요. 이전 병원이었던 건물이었던 건물을 호텔로 리모델링한 호텔로 럭셔리한 느낌을 주는 공간들을 가지고 있어요. 객실은 물론 깨끗하고 넓었어요. 욕실도 수준급이었어요. 호텔이 지향하는 지속가능성을 잘 지키기 위해 믈소비를 아끼는 차원에서 베스를 없앤 것은 감동적이었어요. 좋은 숙박시설로서 더욱 발전하기를 바랍니다.

We stayed for two nights our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were quick to respond to any queries.

The elevators would be better if fitted with a card pass.
It would stop patrons noisy children from playing in them ; it prevents paying guests waiting until kids finish their mischief!!

The only good staff member was Ruth in the restaurant - the only friendly 1 (the only 1 who smiled). I had to move rooms as the 1st stunk of bleach and chemicals. It burned my eyes. I had to deal with a young girl (Emma) who's supposedly a mgr, but isn't a good 1. I was also told not to leave after I checked in at 4 as I wouldn't get a parking spot when I came back! The 2nd room was better
