Stayed in a non-ensuite room as a student or the academic year. The staff there are generally very helpful, especially the receptionist and security. But that's about it for positives. Had endless problems with the apartment, such as the freezer and fridge being broken/not working and not being replaced for just over two weeks. The living area is pretty bare. In mine, the coating of the furniture kept peeling off by itself. Our emersion went one week and we had no warm water or heating for around 3-5 days, around the same time the electricity went too and our freezer completely defrosted. The room I was staying in was pretty cramped, but I had the non-ensuite so I knew what I was getting myself into I suppose. The one positive about this place was that if there were problems, they were on the whole responded to in good time, except for the experience of not having a working fridge for over 2 weeks. If I was to sum up the place as a whole it would be outdated and overpriced. Not worth the price tag in my opinion.
