BV Airone Resort

Number one entertainment, friendly, professional and welcoming receptionists. Excellent cuisine, excellent service. I have to go back for sure. Never had such a comfortable holiday in everything. I express gratitude for the moments lived.

I stayed at this property with my family during the week of August. What can I say, a wonderful week... we had so much fun thanks to the entertainment activities and we had a great time from all points of view! Excellent food, very nice and clean rooms, and the resort is very clean and well-kept. A spectacular sea and very close to the property and a beautiful swimming pool... A big round of applause goes to the entertainment team made up of young people who despite their young age managed to involve everyone from the big to the small, each one really put their heart into it, especially Luis, Giovanni and the very sweet Giulia and Veronica! And then Gianmarco the village manager who managed to convey all his passion in what he does! I recommend the Bv Airone resort, a property suitable for families...

we stayed in this village from 4 to 11 August 2024. We were full of expectations and because after two years in the Voi chain we had booked through Alpitur and therefore we expected great things. We have been frequenting 4-star villages for 8 years and this in my opinion is not very close. The external parts are cared for in the greatest detail but the rooms are not otherwise, ants in the room, broken shower, walls with mosquitoes squashed, the standard rooms have only a small window and at the time of booking we were not told (so be careful when you book). English: When we got there we asked to pay to integrate our full board with all inclusive and we were not allowed… we got used to villages that had always active water and other free vending machines in recent years and we found it difficult to always buy water. Cleaning was not at a high level (even if I think this is due to a lack of staff which I must say is the only thing that was at a high level… always kind and courteous especially the catering). As for the food I can only say fair… the selection was repetitive and I must say also not high; I think of the plaice and turkey evening, they then organised a Calabrian evening and we were very disappointed because usually on these evenings the staff in the dining room in other villages always organises lots of special things (even costumes, locations other than just the dining room) instead it was just a different menu based on Calabrian recipes; my husband was celiac and yes the waiters were always very kind and made themselves available to have the first course prepared separately but there was always a wait of 20 minutes and then apart from the second course it was difficult to find anything. For children there is nothing ... for those who do not want to send the children to the mini club there were only two swings to entertain them. for the entertainment then what can I say good all the boys I have to say they try very hard but I do not know if because logistically not helped or something else there was not great organization and the users perhaps suffering from it did not participate with great energy. In short the advice that I allow myself to give is to review the entire organization because the potential and the staff is there everything needs to be managed a little better if you want to be a 4 star.

Abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana nel villaggio, siamo riusciti a rilassarci completamente, trovavamo la camera sempre in ordine, il cibo era buono e l’animazione al TOP! Il villaggio è molto curato e la spiaggia spaziosa e poco affollata. Maura, Alessandro, Tommaso e Giacomo

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo resort con la mia famiglia e c ' è da dire che il top si raggiunge con l animazione.....ragazzi che fanno tutti il proprio lavoro con dedizione e sacrificio....bravi tutti bravi capitanati dal grande Gianmarco e dai suoi due pilastri Giovanni e Luis..... complimenti ragazzi..... continuate così
