Everywhere we looked, from the rooms to the common areas, was maintained with pristine care, allowing us to relax without any worries. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. They were not only attentive but also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction was commendable and definitely added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Speaking of amenities, Solea Mactan exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality of facilities available were impressive. The multiple big pools were a highlight, offering ample space for relaxation and fun. Whether we wanted to unwind by the poolside or take a refreshing swim, there was always a perfect spot to do so. Moreover, the value for money was notable. Considering the high standards of cleanliness, the top-notch service, and the extensive amenities provided, we felt that our experience was worth every penny spent. It's rare to find a place that offers such a well-rounded experience without breaking the bank. In conclusion, our time at Solea Mactan was nothing short of incredible. Our supposed enjoyable day turned into frustration due to Solea's almost 2-hour check-in delay. Despite offering a 2-hour late check-out as compensation, when we checked out, they forgot to contact us about returning our deposit, leading to further inconvenience and fatigue. This experience left us feeling dissatisfied and unhappy.

Such a beautiful resort !!! I didn’t get the most welcoming check in but Ralph checked in my friend and he got a room right away. We switched to Ralph and he handed everything to quickly and there was room available for us as well . He’s so competent, approach and very warm towards the guest . Aside the check in, the breakfast has lots of options , cocktails bars / happy hours Monday to Thursday great deal !! I loved Salt and sky bar on the rooftop, the sunset view amazing . Paddle board , kayaking and the 8 different pools that we tested . Want grill menu , amazing, and the waiter will bring your cocktail to the beach as well. Over the friendly staff made the trip so enjoyable and the other guest , mainly Korean so friendly and kind. I had the best Christmas on this resort and I can’t wait to return back with my husband.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

the place its not that far from the city, very easy to locate, once youve get here you are always welcome,the staff prepare welcome drinks they are very accomdating and their conference its fully equip with sound system writing pens and paper are ready, very neat room accomdation

Super recommended ang hotel. Super maasikaso sila sa guest or probably their culture. Maaga kami nakarating sa hotel and since may vacant room pina pasok na agad kami.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from their prompt service to their helpful recommendations for exploring Cebu. The variety of dining options exceeded our expectations, and each meal was a culinary delight. Overall, our experience at Bai Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

The hotel was okay for the price. Prices are meant for members so it is best to check membership if you will stay a while. They dont really tell you to apply before booking. Good place if you want to go for a staycation. Reservations department could do be more accommodating given the level of aspiration the hotel strives for. meh

I'm actually quite sad to have to write this review as I have been a good customer of this hotel for many years. The service, food, rooms and rates used to be a 5 out of 5 experience everytime. Unfortunately this has dramatically changed, the food is awful now and the room service arrives in a take out box with plastic utensils, yet they still charge an additional fee! The TV and channel selections are never working properly, the rooms have not seen a lick of paint ... ever. Water pressure is no good, towels are old and close to their end of life, no toiletries or bottled water in the room oh and they give you 1 pillow, if you request more than 1, they will charge you. As I said it's sad to see. The one saving grace is the service in the bar and restaurant from the staff that have known us for many years. The new hires simply don't care or are not being managed properly. Also they fill the place with OJT to save money, though I understand this, you can't completely staff a hotel with inexperienced staff just to save a few pisos. Disappointed.

The place is perfect if you are planning to just stay in the city. The hotel itself is connected to robinsons mall, so if you want to buy something or maybe eat, then this hotel is perfect for you. Few things that needs to be improved, I wish the management will also provide extra amenities there were no lotion in the room, floor was a bit slippery just for the safety of the guest, especially older people.. but other than that, reception is good in service and friendly. we’ll come back soon..
