I paid for this property twice, once on booking and once on site. At the headquarters when I pointed out to the receptionist that I had already paid, he replied "no we just blocked the amount on the card" and demanded a new payment which I, like the stupid one, made in cash. When we realized what we had, we contacted the property (around August 20th) and they replied that they would have refunded us by September. Already the thing stank to me why reimburse me in September if you have my money in hand. However of course no refund. I contact the platform from which I booked who asks me for the documents that I send them and who reads the conversation between me and the hotel where it is clear that they admitted the mistake and that they would reimburse me (which I repeat is not never happened). After I don't know how many emails and I don't know how many phone calls to Booking I gave up. In essence, two nights at this Pseudo structure cost me 920 euros. Coming to the services Breakfast to forget, room without air conditioning (in fact on booking it did not say that there was but the room facing west in the afternoon became a crematorium). We stayed two nights and they didn't make up the room let alone clean it. Not to mention the reception where you have to wait hours to get information. What they call a swimming pool is actually a tub that will be perhaps 3x3 of the inflatable ones suitable for children. Paid dinner (expensive) with courses worthy of a new cousine restaurant given their scarcity. First floor room and we also had to climb our suitcases on foot . A completely forgettable experience
