Location is good, close to the cathedral and in a nice neighbourhood, cafes and restaurants nearby. People at reception are nice and helpful. The room is ok, a bit basic, outdated and bathroom not very clean, terrace on the rooftop was closed probably because it’s winter. Overall I would just recommend for 1 night to someone looking for a central location on a budget.

The Room was good clean and comfortable, the attached bathroom was very small, felt uncomfortable when credit card details were asked along with the expiry date, even though full payment was done. Aminities wise it was lacking as there was no provision of hot water, or any one for immediate response as there's no reception for this hostel. Felt safe. Close to the tourist attractions.

I understand that you can't expect much for the price, but the cleanliness could have been better, the duvet smelled really bad. They say they have a terrace, but it is closed to guests. There is no hair dryer.
At night, someone came into the room while we were sleeping, looking for the terrace. Otherwise, well located and good service.

Tuvimos problema con el agua caliente pero antes de darnos cuenta ya se habían encargado de avisarnos. La habitación era pequeña pero con las necesidades justas, la nuestra tenía el WC dentro. Había muchos silencio.

Un desastre. Realmente un timo. Worst experience in my life. Dirty, not trustable, the room was not the one we had reserved. Not compensation. We do not recommend this hotel chain to anybody. The quality is awful. Please, avoid it, this accommodation could ruin your travel.
