Apartamentos la Fuente

In these apartments we suffered a robbery. Upon returning from one of our visits to the city, and upon entering our apartment, we discovered that they had opened a package of unused cookies, eating two of them. When we entered the bathroom we also saw how a travel perfume had been stolen. We informed the manager and he told us that he would contact the external cleaning company that they must have hired. We waited for an explanation that did not come and we were forced to request a claim form with compensation, not only for the theft, but also for violating our apartment and our vacation. From that day on we asked that the apartment not be cleaned and every time we went out we took the few valuable things we brought with us. We do not recommend renting it. Of course they have a very big insecurity problem and anyone who rents can be even more upset.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A COMPLAINT, DO NOT COME HERE When we booked at this place we contacted the accommodation to inform us about the cameras, they confirmed that there were, but we should not worry because they recorded the license plate and sent it to the town hall of Córdoba so that there would be no complaint, since it was access to the accommodation. What is our surprise that a month and a half after the visit we have received two complaints from the Córdoba city council regarding access to one of the streets to reach the accommodation. (Also, there is no doubt because we parked the car and did not move it, and he even gave us the name of the street and it is the entrance and exit for the La Fuente apartments). We contacted the accommodation and they have had a lot of inconsistency among the staff who work there, but one of them confirmed to us that it was their mistake for not writing down the license plate correctly, we gave it to them at the entrance and at the exit, we confirmed it many times. One admits that it is their mistake, and another, when faced with no way out, says that the mistake is ours and we have to take responsibility for paying the fines. The only good thing about it is the location, but the rest is disastrous. Therefore, if you do not want to see yourself like us, having to pay for a mistake that is not ours, DO NOT book here. Surely there are other accommodations that stand up for their clients, have a good location and better presentation than this one. It's a shame that such a special trip has left us with this bad memory.

I stayed with my family. Apparently everything is fine, the location although it does not have parking, they offer you one nearby, with a separate payment. The beds were impossible, uncomfortable and noisy. Plus everything sounds. We had a few nights with a lot of noise and commotion. They do not respect rest and do nothing to avoid it. We complain and as if nothing happened. The kitchen is very dirty, sticky.

I would not return due to their poor service and dirt. After booking, I contacted three different media outlets over a month to indicate that I needed the room to have no cigarette smell. They didn't answer me and the room, of course, had a cigarette smell. They also didn't inform me that the reception was closing, and when I went at 7pm to comment on the cigarette and ask for towels, it was already closed. The next day I claimed it at 9am, as well as the towels, and at 3pm there was still a smell and they had not given us towels. A very kind receptionist offered to clean again and bring the towels, and also to change our room, which at that point was no longer useful for us. The only person who treated us excellently. The rooms have accumulated cleaning, odors. They also don't clean very well on a daily basis. The apartments are up stairs and they don't help you carry your suitcases up. The rooms are noisy (the hallways). There is a very nice pool. They tell you a parking lot where you can leave your car (you have to pay) or a neighborhood where you can park for free. They provide shampoo and soap but no rinse cream. I highlight the location, excellent.
