The service was the best, at all times they were attentive to us and explained everything very well, the room was very comfortable and everything in perfect condition!

We made little use of the apartment since we had a wedding nearby and we only used it to change and sleep at night. The apartment is well equipped, has a comfortable bed and is generally not bad. The reception staff were very friendly at all times. What we liked least was that it was a bit of a maze to get to it, since you had to take an elevator to go down a floor, go through an entire hallway, take another elevator and go through another hallway. It is located about 20 minutes from the center of Córdoba, in a residential area.

We were there last year and it was great, everything was perfect, but this year has been very bad. My father had to wash with cold water because when we arrived on Friday afternoon there was no hot water, my husband took a shower the next day and after 5 minutes cold water started coming out and then I went to take a shower and no hot water came out. . At the door you have to wait a few minutes but that is not true because we were waiting for more than an hour and there we got hot water and we had to leave because we had met for dinner. I had to wash by heating water when we are paying for a service that must have hot water at any time of the day. The heating does not reach all the rooms, part of the living room is very cold and the bathrooms are frozen. I don't know why they put so much terrace in an apartment, rather what they should do is give the apartment more space so that there is more freedom of movement because there is very limited space between the bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a lack of medium-sized gadgets because what is there is either very large or very small. I'm not happy at all this year to be honest and it certainly isn't cheap.

SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS AND LAZIES. **They left us lying on the street after having traveled from another city and having paid for the stay in advance!!!** Upon our arrival at the accommodation at 2:45 p.m., it was closed to our surprise. We tried to contact us by phone, but no one answered us, and when they did it was 3 hours later to tell us that they had had to reduce their check-in time from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and that they were not responsible, that yes, if in addition to the room (which we had already paid) we paid 30 euros more, then if they let us stay...you have to be brave... They did not return our money, nor did they give us another alternative, in the subsequent days we made several complaints by different means and in no case did we receive any type of response from the accommodation, which denotes the good service and attention they have to their guests, it seems to me that we have very little shame and a lot of face that they did not even deign to answer!!!!! We feel CHEATED!!!
