Photos do not correspond to the current state of the rooms, the smell of mold and cigarettes, towels and sheets stained (dirt or blood), dirty bathrooms, in one of the rooms (we were divided in two), the window (which faced inside of the place) did not close or lock. We didn't feel safe leaving my belongings there, and I ended up staying only 1 of the 4 nights I was scheduled to remain. The hotel charges in advance and does not refund reservations, attention!

MALA ATENCIÓN DEPARTE DE GISELA la recepcionista .. cuando ingresamos nos atendió una chica super amable pero ayer estaba Gisela y nos hizo pasar un mal momento. NO DEBERIA ESTAR EN ATENCIÓN AL PUBLICO. Espanta a los clientes. NO VUELVO.

Es muy dificil puntuar a este hotel. El mismo es economico, tipo low cost. Lo bueno sin dudas es la atencion de los empleados y la ubicacion. El desayuno es regular y el estado de las habitaciones es muy basico (viejo). Volveria si voy solo y por pocos dias.

La Atención del personal ha sido muy buena. El hotel está en pésimas condiciones hoy 5 de mayo del 23 estamos sin agua en la habitación nos mudaron dos veces de habitación por el estado pésimo de las mismas Y muchísimas anomalías más. El estado en general es pésimo nunca más volvería a este ugar

Muchas cosas por nombrar. El estado general del hotel: mucha falta de mantenimiento (ví fotos de hace un año atrás para comparar, y está igual); en muchas habitaciones han pintado los pisos, se están desgastando y se pegan a las zapatillas; tema baños: el que está ubicado en el comedor es lamentable su estado, el de la habitación que nos tocó estaba un poquito mejor, pero con humedad, la puerta que no cerraba bien, un lluvia con buena agua caliente; el colchón era incómodo y muy fino, sin contar que el cubrecama parecía un mantel; no tiene buena ventilación cruzada en las habitaciones, por lo que hay olor a humedad; los toallones estaba todos resecos de los viejos que son; los muebles no están en buen estado, todos flojos y/o destartalados. Las chicas de la recepción atienden bien, lo que agregaría es que atiendan al teléfono. Por ahí suelen estar en el comedor y he visto que inquilinos han tenido que esperar para que les habrán las puertas. La limpieza de la habitación estuvo bien. Lo que destaco del servicio, es el desayuno. A pesar de las otras cuestiones que posee el hotel, el desayuno es variado al precio que uno paga. Pero en síntesis, el hotel es horrible. Si arreglaran las cosas, podrían subir más el precio, aumentando la calidad y mejores comodidades y servicios. Llegué aquí porque no encontré lugar en otros lados.

O hotel fala que é “low cost”, mas não é. Low cost teria sido bom. Quartos sujos, portas e janelas velhas que não fecham. Dá receio deixar a mala no quarto, já que as janelas não trancam. O café da manhã estava incluso, mas o que servem é um croissant doce, Tang e bolacha. Ah, e um café que é mais água que café. O banheiro é a pior parte. Nojento. Não vê limpeza dura há anos. E inunda. O hotel disponibiliza um rodo aos hóspedes. 😡 Roupa de cama suja, velha. Paredes sujas. Cheiro de cigarro no quarto. Tem televisor no quarto. Imagem verde! Que experiência. Durou um só dia. Não consegui ficar no hotel. Busquei outro.

Buena ubicación. Muy buen desayuno Humedad terrible en todo el hotel, bastante calor a pesar que el clima era agradable. Tuvimos trato con 4 recepcionistas. Sola una nos trató x Con cordialidad y respeto. Las otras poco predispuestas, muy poco cordiales
