What an amazing stay at Spanhoe Lodge. We booked Spanhoe for a lovely weekend celebrating my daughter’s forthcoming wedding. A weekend of fun and laughter, amazing food, the swimming pool and hot tub and comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Reece, Neil and the team went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much trouble. A massive thank you to you all.

Spanhoe lodge is an ideal small place to stay when we go to the Rutland bird fair that we visit most July’s. Only 18 mins away from fair, comfortable rooms, has everything you need, Spanhoe situated in quiet countryside. Has good breakfasts and evening meals and drinks, so no need to look around for pubs etc. Owners Reece and Neil are 2 great guys who look after your needs very well. Great pool too.

Reece and Neil made us really welcome lovely food. The swimming pool was a marvellous particularly after a hot day at the Global Birdfair.

What a wonderful stay we had, 14 ladies celebrating birthdays. The accommodation is perfect, Reece & Neil have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The setting is fabulous. Swimming pool and absolute bonus. Highly recommend.

A lovely relaxing night. We stayed for one night and had perfect weather to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Easy check in and out. The hotel is in a nice peaceful location. Makes you feel like you can have a proper relax.

This place never lets you down an absolute unique little gem, there really isn’t anywhere like it. The place is nice and clean the rooms are lovely and the food is excellent.

We have just had a lovely family weekend at Spanhoe Lodge to celebrate a 50th birthday. We have been many times to Spanhoe it’s a great place and will definitely return again. The rooms are very clean, beds so comfy. The foods delicious. Great views the pool and hot tub a bonus. Nothing is too much trouble Reece and Neil are great hosts.

Excellent venue, clean, quiet and lovely relaxing place in the middle of nowhere, breakfast was great, hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was fast and accurate with everything covered in the booking. The swimming pool was big enough and the hot tub was a perfect size.
