We were unaware of any water issues during your stay and didn't receive any other feedback about this, please accept our apologies for this matter. Rest assured all our guests can access hot and cold water in their bathrooms during their stay. We are conveniently located on a leisure park with eateries, a supermarket and petrol station all within walking distance.
