The hotel has changed its owner, some facilities are being renovated, and the rooms are spacious.
Not many people are staying in the hotel, it is recommended by customers, but the price-performance ratio is not high
Dinner in the restaurant, the food is not good, the sausages are burnt.

Excellent Hotel with brilliant staff
I am a disabled, and our room was on a first floor, I could have managed the stairs, but Barry on the front desk was so kind, caring and helpful person, he switched our room on the ground floor even without we asking.

Best western rockingham
Got a really good deal for an overnight stay. Currently building work going on but not to the detriment of the rooms or the food. A good nights sleep. No breakfast required so can’t comment but great shower. Lovely staff particularly Claire who ran around making sure we were looked after. Will definitely stay again.

Good value
Mainly very good rooms, comfortable and clea. However, they are currently refurbishing the corridors which badly need it, so one side of hotel has scaffolding attached. Very polite lady on reception and good value breakfast.

Building work happening which meant door to corridor of rooms in separate block was left open which meant anyone off the street could have walked in, didn’t feel safe
