The hotel is nice but the 2 ladies checking us in were rude and had very poor custimer service skills. I pre booked a room with the need of a walk in shower due to my husbands disability. They did not have one and had to find one? They obviously have not been taught simple things like Thank you and your welcome or hownto make eye contact or how to simply apologize for THEIR mistake. Room was suppose to have a microwave it did not. Would I stay there again, no I am tired of giving my money to companies that cannot hire and train people with basic custimer service skills. And either teach them how to dress and act professional or give them a uniform!
