Hallways unkept and dirty. Key did not work had to get another Room dirty. Switched rooms Door to balcony locked and did not open

Place was very clean and staff was friendly. Also enjoyed the breakfast. Plenty of shopping and food nearby.

The hotel is old and smells musty. On top of that, you will hear noise from doors opening and closing making it hard to fall asleep.

I stayed on the 2nd floor, it was smelly it was dirty. It smelled like wet carpet. I was later told it was the "pet floor" dogs were barking and both keys to the room never worked only one, even when i went downstairs to have it renewed only one worked. Also the bathroom atrocious, random hair was in the shower. the toilet did not flush the water level was not up to par. i had to fill the bathroom up with water to pour in the back of the toilet to add more water in order for it to flush. towels had stains on it. the tub was dirty i put a towel down in the tub to stand on to shower. the balcony in the room was pretty good i overlooked the pool the staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was just very dirty.

Breakfast had many options! Even options for those who are lactose intolerant, plant-based alternatives and even barista-grade milk. Loved it.

This place smelled so bad. If you have asthma or sinus issues, this definitely is not the place for you. The entire hotel except the lobby smells like mold. If you can't find no where else to go for cheap, then you go there. You were warned

Hotel is very dated. Worn carpets, tears to wallpaper but price was decent and staff friendly and good breakfast.

We found roaches in the dresser. It was unclear if the dis anything after we reported it. The carpet was filthy. Walking across it barefoot was gross. Felt almost like they had tried to clean it and left carpet shampoo behind. After doing so to go into the bathroom to shower dirt was left behind on the bath mat and tub floor. There was mildew on the shower caulking as well as gaps inthe caulking. Also, the sink did not drain well. The whole property needs a major face lift. I've stayed in worse, but not much worse.
