I was on crouches, and they put me as far from the elevator. The room smelled like gasoline; we needed our reservation one night before, and they refused to reimburse us.

Beautiful property. Lots of weddings. It's weird that the rooms are stocked with such cheap toilet paper and tissues. It's a real mismatch for the brand. The ironing board was ripped up. It's the small touches that help to make a hotel 5-stars.

I liked the property. Checking in staff was good. Check out staff not so good. Also hotel charge 25 dollar destination fee per day. As per ******* u pay what u see on the booking. So not happy about that.

Property is nice, but room service was slow, and there is almost nothing to do in the area except eat or buy a wedding dress.

The staff was super accommodating. We were greeted by every staff person we saw. The grab bars were awesome , but our room was at the end of a very,very long hallway. The pool was very nice, the breakfast restaurant was very good . The valet attendants were awesome and very helpful

It’s our 4th time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints us. Location is great. Staff were great. Alex (front desk) and Humberto (concierge) were friendly and resolved some minor confusion right away.
