This is possibly a history building. It was beautiful inside. We believe their may be ghosts. We heard noises at night, but we are not scared. Pretty cool actually. The room was clean and the bathroom was definitely remodeled. Very nice and safe neighborhood. There was the best Latin restaurant within walking distance.

A nice remodeled older Hotel. Upkeep is good. Nice friendly lady at desk. Quick efficient check in.
Window unit A/C and no elevator.
Not a big deal, like I said remodeled older location. Neighbor hoods near are mostly middle class homes.

Clean and small. Great for a one night when we go on cruise. Walk a couple blocks and a great restaurant. They don’t have an elevator- it’s ok

Nice area with a lot of upscale restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was no frills, but clean and comfortable.

The pictures are not accurate. The room is a hole in the wall. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. It sounded like the people above us were about to step through the floor/ceiling at any moment. We had a great view of the street but the noise was not worth the view. One other thing I may have missed was there is no elevator. Had to carry two 50lb suitcases up the stairs. This place met our needs for a bed for the night but would never come back. One other positive, it is walking distance (10 minutes or less) to several nice eateries and bars. The area felt safe to walk at night.

This is a reasonably priced old hotel in a very desirable location in downtown Coral Gables. It has been updated to acceptable levels. For our one-night stay it served us well.

A comfortable, best priced, European flavor hotel in Coral Gables. Nothing fancy, but a large, very clean room with to beds and plenty of open space at a very good price.
