I would definitely recommend this amazing hotel due to its friendly staff and great entertainment.Commonly, you can have breakfast,lunch and dinner and all three have a large selection to eat(would recommend the pancakes for breakfast).However, the rooms are small and basic but have everything in need.The pool is freezing but is probably due to us visiting in April.We really enjoyed the sea view and the short walk to Coral Beach. -Jaxson

I arrived late in the evening expecting to receive a meal which has been my experience in other hotels. I found a tiny sandwich on processed white bread, not enough to feed one person, never mind myself and my almost 13 year old son. Not only that, they refused to give me a vegetarian option and said we'd have to make do with an apple. Bearing in mind I've paid for breakfast and dinner in advance . I was so hungry I couldn't sleep, so went down to the very shabby and unhelpful reception at 2am. After making numerous complaints, the best they could do was give me a plate of very stale hard unedible Croissants The picture by the way is meant to be a meal for two, which we couldn't eat because it was ham

Just had the most amazing week here as a young couple. Beautiful hotel, amazing big pool, plenty of sunbeds, stunning views of the sea, absolutely lovely staff, great selection of cocktails in the all inclusive, fantastic location. Only slight downsides I had was our balcony had a very strong sewage smell at all times so we just didn’t use it unfortunately. Also the food wasn’t really to my taste but that could be a ‘me’ problem, there was okay variety but wasn’t the most amazing quality of food. Overall, couldn’t speak highly enough of this hotel and I don’t understand some of the bad reviews, definitely wouldn’t listen to them as we had an amazing time and particularly the staff were brilliant. Coral Bay is beautiful as well, with a gorgeous beach and the hotel was in a great location too!

We stayed at the Ascos Hotel for a week. Seven adults and a 2 and a half year old. We had a wonderful week, weather gorgeous. Hotel is kept very clean, the staff from gardeners to management were friendly and super efficient. Hotel is a little tired in places. Our room was a lovely size but again could do with a little TLC. What I can’t fault is the food. Plenty of choices and always piping hot. Entertainment very hit and miss. All in all a good holiday. Mrs T

Very good service and staff rooms very clean and tidy aswell looking forward to returning next year to this hotel one thing i can say that there was a coulple from Liverpool who was very noisy for there time at the hotel other then that atmosphere very good and value for the money and vedy clean
