The best experience we have ever had .. All adults only .. The most friendly people you could wish for .The hotel we was met with a porter who took our luggage never had that before..Hotel super clean the hotel was calming. This was just what we needed . We would give this a 5* ..

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the staff have been brilliant, making us feel special The restaurant food was excellent every night as were the staff who we had chats with regularly We arrived after midnight and found sandwiches in our room which was a lovely touch as it wasn’t expected Hotel and rooms very clean and well presented We both said the hotel should be proud of the offering they give us holiday makers Wish the hotel the best for the future , as deserved, from two relaxed and happy guests from the Uk , Colin and jane

On arrival we were greeted with a glass of bubbly, and lovely reception staff, the cases were taken to our great sea view room by the hotel porters, we stayed for 11 nights, the bed was huge , the room cleaned daily, from start to finish, the whole experience was lovely, food was lovely, sometimes a little cold. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are so attentive, furnishings so comfortable. Great bus service to phathos only £2 each way, runs every 15 mins, bus stop 100m from the hotel. Would love to go back.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel, the hotel was ok but it’s not a 4star+ far from it. To start with the staff at breakfast was so miserable they didn’t smile and everything you ask was like they didn’t want you their, one morning we asked a staff member(Stella) if she could set our table as their wasn’t and set with people just leaving their tables, she look and we told her which table and it was so much trouble we would have done it our self’s if we would have know it was such a problem. The rooms are ment to be serviced Dailey but I didn’t expect sheets to be changed but to have a clean cup and spoon each day would off been nice a the bin in the bathroom emptied and the sink cleaned daily, but it wasn’t, the only member of staff that was really nice a very friendly was the young man on the main doors, the rest of the staff need to take a leaf out of his book. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Love that all the rooms overlook the sea. Bedroom very comfortable and spotless-cleaned every day by lovely lady. Loved the comfortable chairs both in bedroom, lounges and outside. Staff very helpful. We booked breakfast only as we like trying different places, and the buffet was excellent. We did have the evening buffet twice, and found that we were paying for what is the option of a four course meal though we only wanted two or three also I am a vegetarian and my husband eats fish but not meat and choice was very limited. So for us the evening meal was expensive. We also had room service and that was excellent-best mushroom risotto ever!-and that was very reasonably priced. There was no restriction on smoking so not pleasant to find people lighting up around us. We chose to hire s car which was cheap and gave us a chance to explore-which very glad we did. Overall loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay, the location is good, the hotel is superb, the staff are so kind and attentive and smile so kindly, hoping you are enjoying whatever you are up to. The food is delicious with plenty of variety and beautifully presented. Our room was pleasant and the bed enormous and so comfortable, it was cleaned daily and replenished. We would like to say thank you to each and every member of staff who make this hotel such a lovely place.

We stayed the last seven nights at the Thalassa Hotel in Coral Bay and enjoyed every minute. The hotel staff was extremely cooperative and attending to every request. We would like to commend especially Athina and Sumita in the Reception and sweet Sus in the dining room. We will defenetly come back and will recommend the hotel to our freinds and family.

One of the best holidays we have ever had! Perfect setting for an extremely relaxing holiday. Fantastic food, extremely attentive staff throughout the hotel, big comfy bed & lovely fluffy white towels. We will definitely be returning very soon!

A really nice hotel in a beautiful location with sea views from all rooms. Lovely staff, especially the women on the frontdesk who were extremely helpful. The buffets were really good, full of flavour and well presented. Perfect place to have a restful break at the beach. We wished we could have stayed longer.
