Super 8 by Wyndham Copley Akron Reviews

The room was clean. The beds are very uncomfortable. I believe they are making changes to the room. But still the bed or the frame was uncomfortable. Also I left a pair of shorts on the bathroom floor by the back side & I woke up & my shorts were soaking wet. I believe there is a leak in the wall in the bathroom.

This hotel is big one side is super 8 and the other side is the Baymont it's all connected into one big building so it's like a big maze that you have to walk through to get to your rooms or take the elevator I like that there are several different entrants and exits in this building so if you're not parked directly on one side and have to park say in the back you're able to go right out the back check in and check out process was fairly simple very polite for the couple of front desk people that we had dealt with the beds we're big and fairly comfortable so no complaints really in that aspect I like the extra space in our rooms and I really like the cabinetry so you can definitely put your luggage away or if you want to put your clothes in the drawers or closet so that way you don't have your stuff on your way it definitely gives you that option to do so. Each time I've stayed here our rooms came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker even though we didn't use the coffee maker so I can't really give you a good review on that aspect only as per the fact that there was one located and ours had its own little coffee station type nook in the wall which was cute bathroom was spacious I don't believe the hair dryer worked in one of our rooms or was maybe not even there I'm not sure I can't remember the hotel was fairly clean for the most part I didn't have any issues with any of my rooms didn't see any noticeable damage all in all I'd say this hotel is definitely an 8 out of 10 didn't have a pool and if it did it was definitely not in order I don't think the workout room or anything like that was working either if they did have one so I was just a basic stay sleep and do what you got to do you are in a cul-de-sac so to speak almost like an industrial cul-de-sac but it's a hotel called a sex so you're right off the highway which is a plus and convenient down that called a sac road there are a couple restaurants or eateries nearby so even in walking distance however if you wanted something other than the handful of options that were down in the hotel cul-de-sac you could drive and wouldn't take you more than maybe 7:00 to 12 minutes tops to get to the closest Royal area to be able to go to any gas stations convenience stores or any other eateries so location was definitely a plus for this Hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling maybe for business or just need a quick stay they don't have continental breakfast I believe what it's called as a complimentary breakfast where you just get two little choices of juice that tasted a little odd to me or watered down out of a machine I think they gave you like a banana and an orange or something in a fruit basket to choose from a bagel maybe some bread to toast or something or a pastry of some sort and there was two options of cereal I believe so nothing fancy nothing great breakfast really wasn't that fantastic I would recommend that the Baymont and the super 8 since they are joined together should really think about upgrading their breakfast to something a little bit better like the waffle maker you know maybe something hot I better selections and I could turn my review into at least a 9 out of 10 if not a 10 out of 10 because honestly having that breakfast makes the hotel sometimes and being a conjoined Hotel there should be no reason why they can't afford to throw in since they both share the same lobby slash diner area!

Nice hotel with reasonable price. Worth to stay

這個酒店是非常驚喜的，在美國來説價格是比較便宜的，位置在一個小城市區域，不算偏僻，整個酒店的環境非常乾淨，樓道里麪也很整潔。服務非常好，早餐有牛奶咖啡果汁麪包華夫餅橡膠。在這個價位的酒店裡麪算是很好的了。 唯一不理想的是隔音，被樓上的聲音影響睡覺。

Nothing special nothing horrible. Not many breakfast options, was basically all carbs no protein at all. The jacuzzi tub was why I booked this hotel and it was absolutely disgusting so I didn’t end up even stepping foot in it to shower. Everything else was fine though.

We've stayed here several times visiting family, but this may be the last time. We encountered several maintenance issues during our three day stay. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken, leaving me stuck in the bathroom at one point. The toilet never flushed properly. The waffle maker required frequent attention from the poor desk clerk. And when we returned to the hotel on our last evening, our key card didn't work. Our room was very clean, but I don't think I'll give them another chance to demonstrate the results of cutting corners on maintenance.

Nonsmoking room had a strong smoke smell. The room appeared clean but the surfaces of everything were dirty. We had to wipe everything off to feel comfortable.

It was socks leftover maybe by people who stayed before us and a spider greeted us when we first opened the room. When we informed about the socks to the front desk, people did not come till the next day morning to clean it up, There were no toilet paper in the bathroom, had to go and ask at the front desk. On top the beds were too creaky. Overall a nasty experience. Only thing decent here was morning breakfast.

This hotel HAS so much potential...but there is a General Manager name Harry that should not be in Management...and not around the humans..he is money hungry and heatless!!

After reading mixed reviews, I went ahead and booked 3 nights. I'm glad I did. This hotel was clean and at a good location, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Easy access to Akron, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and downtown Cleveland. Breakfast options were plentiful and wifi was strong and reliable. Will definitely consider this property next time I'm in northeast Ohio.

Opened non hotel soap on bathroom counter when we arrived and holes in bathroom door. Remodel was nice but that threw red flags ....

Bedroom and bathroom were both full of alive and dead bugs (not bedbugs but other various bugs), constant loud noises from above, stained bedding and floors
