Worse experience ever! Needs cleaning and maintenance. Staff and management were very unfriendly and unprofessional. I wasn't greeted as a longterm member. I didn't feel welcomed. Room was filthy and needed maintenance, desperately. Appliances were old and cheap. The refrigerator leaked freon and caused me a medical emergency: I got dizzy and almost lost consciousness. The desk clerk didn't care! The manager also didn't care. She was rude and unprofessional. No breakfast and no workout room. Parking was average. I recommend avoiding this hotel. As a result of my health emergency, I had to cut my stay short. The clerk refused check me out and to refund any money for the remaining days. I had to contact corporate and file a complaint. I returned the next day and was finally checked out and given a receipt. I got a partial refund, eventually.

Came here on August 2024. Jessica at the Front Desk was very helpful. I booked a non-smoking room. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Place is dirty and dated. The two rooms that I checked into smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burn marks on the carpet. Carpet is dirty, table were sticky. I didn't feel comfortable staying and ask if there was anything they could do and if I could get a refund. They said they could give me a refund. 1 week later, still no refund.

This Extended Stay is very comfortable and clean. Under the Management of Julie Ludington, this crew is very customer orientated, with emphasis on making our stay not only comfortable, but one that makes me feel that they care. With the loss of my Dad coming into town was rough, but they made us feel our business was appreciated and they helped me iron out some wrinkles in our relocation. I would recommend this Extended Stay West to anyone.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. The kitchen came in very handy so we were able to cook instead of going out to eat every day. Everyone there was very nice. The building was clean and inviting.

Any time I am in the Akron area I always stay at Akron West. Rooms are always clean and spacious. Staff is always kind, and ready to help at any time. The area is nice as well. I always recommend this hotel

My partner and I recently stayed here during our visit to Akron. I was plesantly surprised by how the spacious rooms that include a kitchen. The rooms were clean and up to appliances. It made our stay even more comfortable. The manager Julie and her staff were extremely kind and helpful througout our stay. They seemed to geniuley care about their guests. I would definately recommend Extended Stay to anyone looking for a place to stay if they find themselves in the Akron area. Great Place to stay and the rates are very affordable.

Had a great stay here. The staff were all very personable. My room was clean. The place is surrounded by restaurants but there is also a kitchen in the room if you prefer to cook. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are so friendly. They helped me with everything I needed. It was nice to have a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time. I will always return here when I am in the area. Thank you for being so kind!

Nice stay. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean,Beds were nice. Pet friendly. Rooms are a good size, the kitchens are nice. Was able to save money by cooking instead of going out to eat every day. Would recommend.
