It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

Best hotel I’ve visited so far. It had everything. The Bali inspired pool was magical. From the food to the costumer service, everything was excellent. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be definitely coming back.

BED BUGS I really wanted to love this hotel. I was Instagram influenced by their beautiful pool and atrium. It is indeed really lovely and a fun atmosphere for a little poolside relaxing. Unfortunately after my first night I noticed bites on my neck and spots of blood on the sheets - telltale signs of bed bugs. This was my first night traveling so they didn’t come from me. I asked the front desk staff if the room had previously been treated for bed bugs. After waiting 15 minutes for staff to discuss with management, I was informed that the hotel “had never received any bed bug complaints.” They told me their pest control would come that same afternoon and then seemed incredulous that I’d want a new room…I received no updates about when pest control would arrive or what they found (they neglected to inform me he failed to show up that afternoon too). They put me in a new room and refunded me only for the first night (out of my two night stay). Given the stress this caused (I had to take extreme measures to ensure I didn’t bring the bedbugs home with me) I would think I’d have been comped the entire stay. This was two months ago and I’m still arguing with them about their initial overcharge of my nightly rates AND a lack of full refund for the first night. It seems that they are trying to charge me the rate for a bigger room after I was required to move because of vermin. Not only does this hotel have bed bugs, but they also have terrible customer service. I do not believe they would take infestations seriously so I would strongly suggest avoiding.

Staying here was without a shadow of doubt the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. As soon as I stepped in to check in I felt instantly relaxed - the staff are so calming and helpful, the ambience of the hotel so peaceful, and the facilities and room we could not get over for the price we paid! Despite booking the smallest room it was by far one of the largest rooms I’d stayed in and had everything we could possibly need and more. I cannot rave about the beautiful pool and spa facilities enough either. The most perfect stay, I would happily fly back to Copenhagen just to not leave this hotel!

Location excellent, petite suite was a good space, bigger than photos make out. Quiet, warm, welcoming, great breakfast. Delightful would love to stay again, couldn’t have asked for more. Forest round of drinks and snacks in room is on the hotel, great touch.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The Spa is amazing. Staff are wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Our Room was lovely loads of special touches like robes slippers water bottles fancy creams etc. we loved every minute of our stay. We will be back!
