It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

Location excellent, petite suite was a good space, bigger than photos make out. Quiet, warm, welcoming, great breakfast. Delightful would love to stay again, couldn’t have asked for more. Forest round of drinks and snacks in room is on the hotel, great touch.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The Spa is amazing. Staff are wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Our Room was lovely loads of special touches like robes slippers water bottles fancy creams etc. we loved every minute of our stay. We will be back!

Wow, what a hotel. I staid here for 4 nights and 4 nights wasn’t long enough. My room had a stunning view of the city and managed to see the northern lights which was a bucket list experience for me. The room was very spacious, clean I love that it’s an eco hotel the bed was very cosy and comfy. The pool was sensational, a nice warm temperature, you do actually feel like you’re in Bali. The plants and trees are beautiful and add to the relaxing tropical vibe. The food for dinner was gorgeous and the breakfast was also really good. We only had dinner and breakfast once each. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. I would 100% come back here to stay and Copenhagen really is a great city.

A 3 star hotel pretending to be more. The pool was nice but does get crowded. Very overpriced drinks, $90 for three glasses of house Prosecco and two very weak cocktails. Nothing was hot on the small breakfast buffet. Bathrooms were tiny for a suite. Horrible customer service. Their systems were down so we couldn’t check in and they just said sorry nothing we can do, just wait. They also overcharged me on the rate but didn’t seem to care. Their complimentary mini bar was two bad tasting beers and a few sodas. This hotel is a giant tourist trap. Stay somewhere else if you’re expecting a 5 star hotel and service.

The room was really nice. The bed was comfy even though it creaked A LOT… However the bathroom sink was almost completely clogged which should not be acceptable at such a high class hotell. Also the two wine glasses in the room were not the same model. The pool area is fantastic! The breakfast was fine but nothing special. All in all a really nice hotel but not really good value considering the price.

fantastic hotel. Really good hospitality. However, the pool needs to be heated up a few degrees more. It is described that in order to protect the environment, the pool is not heated any more, but it is too cold to enjoy it, which is a great pity.
