We had a top floor room with a great view. The boutique style and room appointments were very much appreciated and we slept very comfortably. We planned to walk around the whole city during our 4 day stay and the location is excellent for this sort of holiday. Convenient for public transport and only 5 stops on the train to/from the airport. The staff are young, enthusiastic and very capable. The pairing of the hotel with a really good independent fish restaurant on the premises also suited our needs very well. We would love to return…..

Very poor customer service. I had to have life saving heart surgery a couple of days before I was due to fly. I asked for some empathy because i couldn’t go, but hotel refused saying it was policy for no refund!!! Shocking it was life saving heart surgery. Sometimes you can bend the rules in exceptional circumstances and be kind. #be kind

Great location but very inconsistent with housekeeping. Also our door not locked after housekeeping now 4 times and each day we report it but nothing happens. Staff were quite pleasant but our room was so noisy. Every morning at 6am the trucks deliver to the shop across the road and make so much noise. I will be coming to Copenhagen quite a few times a year but will stay elsewhere.

A great find in a super part of town - close to Kastellet, the harbour, Kongens Nytorv and the palace. Meget hyggeligt. I've often walked past it but never had cause to stay there. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, which came a complete (and welcome) surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room charming. The breakfast was excellent - real (rather than powdered) scrambled eggs and fresh orange juice. There are also other amenities, bar, restaurant, etc which looked great but unfortunately I had no time to try.

I am really fond of the wonderful Babette hotel, besides great location, service and rooms, the ambience makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a great and warm hotel for your stay in Copenhagen definitely Babette could be a really good option...

Stayed in a double room so ample sized room with comfortable bed. Our bathroom is the same size as our downstairs loo at home and goes to show how you can fit everything into such a small space! Fine for us but wouldn’t suit everyone as can imagine people would struggle to sit on the toilet with knees against the wall. Reception was a desk at the bar which is ample. Restaurant had some great dishes for evening meals. Ate breakfast over the crossroads at a lovely friendly bakery. Just grab a ticket if it’s busy to take your turn. So much choice. Close to the design museum and not far from the metro at Marmorkirken.

I requested an early check in. So, with no objections or conditions, the hotel accommodated a two hour early check in failing to mention that they would charge me for a full day for those two hours. I tried to reason with them but they refused to listen. So, I ended up paying for an extra night. I do not recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.
