Reception staff are extremely friendly Restaurant staff has a mood problem and breakfast is just basic. Scrambled egg is not scrambled egg, it's just milk. No toaster, breads looks raw. To spend couple of night if you are ok with loud noise, this hotel is OK

Lovely hotel but the room didn’t have a proper balcony Like the ones in the pics. Just a door that opened with railings. The room wasn’t ready on time, we had to wait over an hour but the nice dark haired man on recepton at lease gave us a drink while we waited and was very good humoured and apologetic.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the station. The best Glogg I had, served by a lovely staff. This hotel is vintage

The hotel is located next to Copenhagen Central Station (also a famous historical building). The hotel itself is also part of history. It opened in 1935. The rooms are small but the public areas are elegantly and comfortably designed. The breakfast is great, and the elevator and door have classical features.

Good location, but quite old and dusty in the room. And the room on the station side can hear the train clearly.

I appreciated that I was staying in a former "railway hotel". And I enjoyed the ambience very much. What I wasn't prepared for was the noise from rooms around me and the periodic rumbling of trains beneath the building. One gets used to the latter (and I did) but I would have thought that the various renovations might have provided better sound insulation between rooms.

Location for me was excellent. Right by the station and 5 mins walk to Tivoli. Good selection of bars and eateries nearby. Felt safe.

Three days stay without cleaning. The marble walls in the bathroom havn't been cleaned for a while.

I had a very nice stay at this old hotel, which has kept many original features, and maintained the feel of a historic and vintage stay. The rooms have not been updated, and lacks the feel of a well appointed modern room, yet is very comfortable and convenient once you settle in. It does show some wear and tear, felt clean yet showed some stains, cracks, etc. The bed was excellent, and noise-level okay (surprisingly, as the area can be noisy, especially in the summer.) I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the cozy historic lobby, meeting with friends, and enjoying complimentary coffee, teas, fruit, and water. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was well-appointed and nicely decorated. My room rate was real cheap, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Biggest rooms we've found in Europe. Comfy bed, good shower, staff was exceptional.

Great staffs, location, bath amenities and breakfast! It was a dim room and hallway as well. It smelled kind of old and humid.
