European brand chain hotel, the one I booked has free parking, complete recreational facilities, and the breakfast should be the most diverse in European hotels

Very good check-in process. Staff very nice and helpful. Baedzo breakfasts good. A few minutes walk from the train station which is 2 stops away from the central station. Rooms large but of poor quality.

The room was really old and I doubt that anything has been updated the last three decades, which also makes it very difficult to keep clean.

The wall where the toilet paper mounted was dirty and I even told to reception to clean it and they wrote it down but they didn’t clean it.

We had mold in the bath room and even after an room upgrade, which was a nice service arrangement from the reception staff, the bath room was still not mold free. This shouldn't be a standrad for a Hotel in Europe in 2023.
