Location is very central and handy. Metro and regional station are right next to the hotel. Opposite is also a big supermarkt, if you need anything. To get to your room from the lobby you need to climp 2 stairs. There is no elevator, which is a big disadvantage for families with a baby stroller and impossible for people in wheelchair.
Very small room without air conditioning. There is one window that can be opened, but then it would be very loud since we are located right next to the train station. No complimentary water, no fridge or safe. To store you luggages before check-in or after checking out, you have to pay for a locker. No free luggages service, which is very unsual for me.

The hotel is right opposite the station, which is very convenient. The staff at the counter are professional and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Decent room but need to carry luggage for some flight of steps as reception is on half floor (if you know what I mean). The service staff at reception is poor consistently.

Pro’s
- really good location; most things are walking distance but there’s also a metro nearby. Easy to access from airport too
- Comfy bed
- Room and bathroom were a decent size
- You can store your luggage before checking in / after check out
Con’s
- No aircon. We actually coped fine without it but would have been good to have it
- Located on a railway line. We didn’t get kept up by the trains but our room was located at the back thankfully
- No fridge in the room
- Cleaning was ok - the floor was a little dirty and some hairs on the bed
