Great location for the Ørestad area, Royal Arena and also conveniently close to airport. Fast metro connection to city center. The hotel itself is simple, but clean and provides everything needed. Cool model of the development area in the lobby

I know it is a budget hotel and I am rating it accordingly. At least make sure things work. One entrance was not working, all self check-in kiosks were out of service, one lift had a shattered mirror... worst of all wifi was unstable and weak.

Affordable price, location at a very strategic location nearby metro station and shopping mall and very convenient to travel to airport. Highly recommended

Excellent for a short stay when you are attending the nearby Royal Arena. The room was small (I got the one for 4 people), but enough for a 1 night stay. During the day the staff was superb. A really nice lady let us check in a few hours before the official check-in time. Issues began at night. There was no hot water initially in our room so we went to have it fixed. The staff was a bit overwhelmed with manning both the reception and the bar. They gave us instruction on how to do it, but it did not work. Eventually a guy came to fix it. It turned out that our knob for the water temperature was stuck and he simply used greater force than us. He did, however turn it too much, and we were left with boiling hot water. In the end we fixed it ourselves. Overall, I'd say it's a great hotel for this price in the middle of Copenhagen and recommend it.

It's well located near the airport and a train/metro station. Breakfast was good. Room very small and no real facilities. Dated and not really value for the price paid.

The only positive thing about this Hotel is the convenient location to the metro. The breakfast is very basic. We stayed here for four nights and on the third day I had to ask at the reception for clean towels and shampoo. They said they would ask housekeeping to leave it in our room. To my surprise when we came back at the end of the day we still had no shampoo or clean towels. Next morning I had to get it at the reception myself. On the last night we found a tick below the window next to our bed. Absolutely shocking.
